Nice to see you here again. I now also have the Tail Air and the connection via NDI to vMix is optimal. Also via HDMI to my ATEM esay. This little camera is fun and efficient.

Do you know- will the camera recall manual settings for white balance and exposure between uses?

Hello, a super important question, as it costs almost 300 usd or 300 euros, for NDI and the same amount for the usb-c to ethernet adapters if you are going to have 3 cameras. So My color is, do they know if it is possible to use third-party adapters?

This could be most useful for Toastmasters meetings which are either purely online, hybrid or for clubs who meet face to face and like to video their meetings. It would be easy for volunteers to operate.

Great explanation but a couple of questions. If you're connected via ndi to vmix either via cable or WiFi can you use the ptz presets within vmix?. What is the actually quality like when compared to your Birddog or similar? Side by side. Once you set the head room with the tracking via the App will it remember that setting after it is powered down and back up? If the camera is pointed at the talent and you are at the switcher desk will the remote actually switch the auto tracking back on when the 'ops light' is facing away from you? It appears the ideal scenario is using these cameras on a 'selfie' basis and not in a remote operating basis. Would you agree? Finally cost. When I looked at these on Kickstarter by the time you added the accessories you are using in this demo it was cheaper to buy a basic Birddog or similar which (size aside) performed equally as well (subject to image quality). Hence to question how does the image compare with a larger ptz which usually has optical zoom? Thanks

As I show, you can program NDI presets and it will return to them.
Those same presets can be accessed in the OBSBOT's own app.
But it seems limited to 3.

I'm holding out for a version with 4K recording. But this model seems great for starters in videography!

Yes, you can activate by logging in to the control panel of the camera, or by using the remote.
