Hi! Finding a place is a hard task. I was lucky to find a person who could rent me a room, so I'd suggest you look at as many offers as possible. I tried finding a place with FMEL, which provides student housing, but I wasn't offered a place... if you try early enough with them, you might get one!
At the bachelor's level I think the choice is heavily influenced by the languages you can speak. At PoliMi most of the programs are in Italian, at EPFL most of them are in French, while in Amsterdam I think you can find some in English (not sure). If language is not a problem, it depends on the program you want to attend. Anyway, PoliMi and EPFL are both great options. I don't know much about the university of Amsterdam.
