Rich Piana
As we start this episode, Rich Piana is in the Kitchen preparing his Morning shake and discussing with Chanel that they need to get ready for their trip to Germany. Since Chanel is not feeling well they are spending some time relaxing and watching TV.
They begin to brainstorm about coming out with a nutritional bar that is healthy and has pure and real protein. He would like to make it the first 100% meal replacement bar that contains Protein, Fats, and Carbs. We then watch Rich Piana Unbox his new camera.
Next, Shake time for his pre-workout shake. Once again, he shares his recipe and then off to the gym.
At the gym today he is working on Side delts. He will go through all his exercises and help show you exactly what you need to do to work on those sides.
