Mangaluru to Sirsi KSRTC Volvo bus journey - 5hrs30mins via Udupi, Kumta - 40 minutes before time!

A journey by the daily Volvo service operated by KSRTC Mangaluru division to Sirsi in Uttara Kannada district. The bus departs from Mangaluru KSRTC bus stand at 15:15 to reach Sirsi at 21:30(scheduled). Stops are provided at Udupi, Kundapura, Gangolli, Byndoor, Bhatkal, Murudeshwar cross, Honnavar, and Kumta.
This is a profitable route with the bus running packed to capacity. A lot of intermediate passengers use this service as well. Thanks to some terrific driving, the bus managed to reach Sirsi at 20:50, a full 40 minutes before time!
Tickets can be booked through ksrtc.in and are priced at Rs.453 for an end to end journey.

Only Mangaluru Sirsi can be booked in advance. The return Sirsi Mangaluru is not available for advance booking. It is first come first serve.
