Road conditions upto Shiradi GHat are really bad. Moreover Road widening work is also taking place. In between also bad patches are there. Night driving will be difficult. I admire the patience of Drivers in driving thru these stretches. Route is of course very scenic. Super video coverage,

This journey is memorable only if politicians show interests to make Shiradi ghat road monsoon proof otherwise it is a nightmare to travel on this road. Please note only Hassan to Mangaluru via Shiradi ghat is not good remaining roads are super good.
