Hawaii Kilauea Volcano Summer 2023 Update

According to the USGS Kīlauea volcano is not currently erupting. Lava supply to the Halemaʻumaʻu lava lake ceased on June 19, 2023, after 12 days of eruptive activities at the summit crater based upon lava lake levels and behavior of the crater floor. This is completion of USGS video and data associated with Kilauea Volcano eruptions in 2023.
