ADDITIONAL INFO: I forgot to mention in the video. Make sure the original dumped file is not still in the dumped textures folder. Otherwise, that file will be loaded instead of your hi-res image.
It's best to use the cut and paste method and put the files you are editing either in the hi-res folder or a folder to work in.
My games don't have "DumpTexturesToFiles: False" option :/
Edit: Found a solution. If you had the original Mupen and then downloaded this version, you have to delete the Mupen folder as well. Or else it will use non-modified folder.

When i load a game i just having like 0-6 FPS. Even 300% Speed Don't help! HOW DO I FIX THAT!!!!!!
Might be your mobile is not powerful enough, or it could be the game itself? Have you tried other games?
@@maniac1075 my phone is realme 8i , my CPU is Helio G96, My screen size is 6,6" and i don't tested other game. my only installed game is rakugakids.

If modding graphics is hacking, you're gonna hate the fact that UA-cam has been filled with about 20 years' worth of quite legal content on how it was done on PCs since the turn of the century. Lol

What are you worried about? I'm the one with the shovel!... oh, you mean the dumping graphics thing? No. It's quite legal. People have been doing it for quite some time on PC. There's plenty of texture packages out there for other N64 games. One of the biggest communities for nearly 15 years or so was modding WWF No Mercy. You'll find 100s of videos on those. Not to mention other consoles too.
This video is just showing how to do it on Android phones.
The only thing that would be illegal would be to profit from it. It doesn't matter if you replace the graphics, it's still the original DEVS game underneath. That's the only thing that might not get the Feds after you, but some copyright holders attention.
Sharing is caring, and then it's only personal use really of obsolete games.
