Jingles. . . Just for everyone too understand this. I slowed this down and watched it twice. For our man of the hour in the Austin. He managed to get 9 full salvo's off. Before the first one even reached the Smolensk. That is 9 full salvo's of 12 shells each. That comes out too 108 shells in the air. Before the first Salvo even reached it's target. I think even if The Austin was on 1 HP that still would be a dead full health Smolensk.
Someone else up further calculated it was a rate of fire of about 900 rounds per minute, or competitive with most machine guns. WoWs has never been about realism, but this might be going a bit far. XD

"We love guns. We want guns to be able to fly now" was the feeling I got. Obviously a lot more goes into that, but that is the "fun" when you have virtually unlimited budget on defense like US has. Um, no, it has a 3 second base reload. Again, turret traverse is 7.2 seconds. 1:41: The Forrest Sherman has a frankly absurd 4.5 second reload. Ah, no, it has a far more absurd 1.5 second reload. Its turret traverse is 4.5 seconds. I'm noticing a pattern here. 9:50: Whichever team captures [the key area] wins the battle. Well, not necessarily. The key area acts more like a capture point in Domination than the base in Standard. It gives you points over time. It just gives lots of points quite quickly, so _usually_ the team who captures it wins in short order. However, I've been in matches where the enemy captured the key area, and then we took it and ended up winning. 14:13: He's hydro'd by the Venezia on the enemy team. That's pretty impressive, Jingles, considering that the Venezia doesn't _have_ hydro. It was the Preussen's hydro that was detecting him. Jingles _does_ get the Smolensk's reload speed right at the end, though, so credit where it's due.

I usually get a chuckle out of a Jingles video. That Smolensk....I was outright cackling. Then rewatched it and cackled some more.
