This might sound weird but have a theory. Sometimes people with anxiety (such as myself) experience a mental phenomenon called 'sensory overload'. The name is pretty self explanatory. Every thing is loud and confusing like the buttons and the machinery noises. So the man has to experience the confusion until his emotions shut down and go numb like radio static. But the unsavory radio static is better than the overload. Or I am projecting myself onto an animated character without a name because I am sad.
@@jasmaniathegreat7118 I told people in my class that I have autism and they still act the same. I have to miss class because it’s too much and they’re too loud
This one is about the guy being overwhelmed and bombarded with the world around him and he can’t focus on his mind and what he can control, but hen he realised that if he fixes what he has control over, then slowly the rest of the world will too.
This resonates with me about how anxiety attacks feel like. How you tend to lose your grasp on how to deal with all the stressors in your life. Sometimes they all suddenly pile up into a intimidating mess. What to do? Where do start? What if this never ends? Scrambling to find solutions without rationality and failing. Only then after you breathe, remind yourself that you're still you, and that you're still here due to countless situations that proved how resilient you were and still are, do you find that rationality to grasp the right course of action- step by step do things get better once again.
Okay, this set design is amazing, the clay figure is amazing, everything to the way you chose the sounds of the machinery to the crys from the man is amazing, i love how short and simple this video was along with its story. He's working inside a brain, trying to operate cold senselessly assembled machinery, and unable to handle it. Then he just sort of turns himself off, but meanwhile everything starts to spin out of control because he's not doing anything.

I really like the little bait-and-switch this animation pulls. You'd assume that the character is feeling incredibly stressed because of the noisy machines around him and that he doesn't seem to know how to handle them (which would be an understandable reason) but then it's revealed to be just a few buttons and switches inside his own head that hadn't been pushed, turned, or flipped to the right position. It's a creative way of showing that the negative stimuli that send a person into an anxiety attack aren't always exterior. Things like intrusive thoughts or unresolved tension can trigger that as well and, once you're aware of that, you have the tools to address it and restore control to yourself.
this made me so happy. a lot of times we blame the circumstances, when really it's our mindset that needs work. idk like this just hit hard with all the shit ive been working on in my life, and all the shit that's happening to me.
The thing is when he clicks his little buttons in his brain the area is literally the exact same. Its just a thing inside of him. This is what a panic attack Is explained in a 1:00 video and without saying anything
Despite the chaotic energy of the video, I think this is ultimately a very positive message The world is insane, chaotic, messy, and uncontrollable. You can either drive yourself insane trying to control every aspect of existence... or you can accept this fact, and find your own peace.
He tried to change the chaotic world around him but it was out of his control. The only thing you can control is yourself and your perspective on things.
This is either "You might not be able to change the circumstances, but you can change yourself" or "People run away from problems by feeling good in the moment and letting things get worse until they're beyond fixing."
He couldn’t control the hectic world around him, he could only control his emotions and how he reacts to the world.
