Even if the Giants never win another championship in my lifetime, I can say that I would die a grateful fan and couldn't have asked for more than what these teams have accomplished in the last 5 years. My father waited his whole life to see them win a world series but this winning culture of San Francisco Giants is the epitome of the game. To see it captured like this in one sitting is incredible. Let us never forget the golden era of the San Francisco Giants!
weaselwrocks pffffffffft, the group in the club right now just SCREAMS that they have at the very least one more WS win in them, if not maybe another or two depending on how the regular season goes. True, luck is a big part if you're talented/stacked AND against other talented/stacked teams in your league or division (looking at you Nationals, Pirates, Dodgers, and of course the big boys of Cardinals), but when you're able to pull off wins every other year AND seem to be close in the current season (2015, a bit after half way, so I'm just speaking from this PoV) everything just seems to point towards one more ring. Selfish and unrealistic and spoiled if you think about it, but there's just something magical when you know it in your heart with no doubt.
+Ja C The thing about the Giants is that their players want to play for them. They have great fans. And San Francisco's willpower is endless. Luck is not part of it. If it was, then they would have only won 1 or 2. They are a skilled group of men. That's why they won. They will do whatever it takes to win. A bunt in the bottom of the 9th, or a homerun in the top of the 18th. This is coming from a Yankees fan.
I remember running home from school in the 60s to listen to the radio and Russ Hodges calling the games, especially Willie Mays' home runs. But never a world series. Finally, in 2010 my brother and I got our wish, just two old men listening to the radio and jumping for joy. He died before the second one, but I know he was rooting from Heaven. Go Giants!
csmcp2009 So you are an idiot I take it. Good for you bro!! Keep spouting nonsense, and being in denial. ***** said it perfectly and you come on here and troll us Giants fans. Well good for you buddy. How dare you compare a legend like MadBum to Lance Armstrong!!! That is incredibly ignorant. I hope you are able to understand the difference between "PUSH" and "PULL" when exiting or entering through a door.......
I am currently undergoing immunotherapy treatments for cancer following radiation and chemotherapy. My prognosis is very good thanks to God. As a 50 + year fan of the Giants this documentary brought tears of joy and hope back into my life. I will never forget this group along with the 2010 & 2012 champions. I loved Sandoval who was just amazing. What a team and a manager who despite the naysayers, never gave up. Forever a fan of this organization who by the way, currently has the best record in baseball ! 🤗
Stan, I pray that you've gotten past the tough stuff of cancer treatment. I pray that Jesus gives you a blessing, and that you share it to others to encourage them as they go through life, and recognize that there is a loving God. May the precious blood of Jesus cover and protect you. In Jesus's name. Amen!
I want to thank everybody for taking the time to watch this. I appreciate all of your wonderfully kind comments! I loved every minute of the editing process, it was a lot of fun to put together. Shoutout to all the camera operators for their beautiful shots, as well as the tremendous score by Jerry Goldsmith. Through the ups and downs, I love my Giants. If you are active on Twitter, follow me @SFGiantsFans&@BrooksKnudsen for some fun Giants interaction. Hats off to the 2014 Champions for another magical ride. Let’s do it again! And of course… BEAT LA!
Brooks K I wish this video would have shown the games the Giants lost in the World Series. The Royals really did play well and they deserve all the credit for that. Games 2, 3, and 6 should have been there, because there were highlights from both teams that were lost from those games being omitted. Either way, this video was great to watch, so thanks for making it! Go Giants!
Seriously, no word or words can capture how brilliant this video is. Describing you as talented would be an understatement. God, it is great being a Giants fan!
There are alot of videos of this memorable Giants season. This is by far my favorite. My father took me to my first game in 1985 at Candlestick Park. I fell in love with the Giants and the sport of baseball. I had a tough childhood and up bringing. Baseball and the Giants gave me a sense of normalcy at the time and even now. There were alot of tough times as the Gaints played year after year. 89' was a tough loss to the A's. 2002 my beautiful sister passed away from leukemia. The Giants lifted my spirits with a great season that year. Unfortunately it ended in tears. So it was unbelievable when they won it 3 times. I appreciate all the good and sad memories. The beauty of being a fan. Awesome job on your video. Hopefully this will not be the last. Thank you.
7 years ago. Feels like yesterday. Back then my life revolved around this team.. so many nights I would run out of my room screaming THE GIANTS WON! It was the same year I saw them for the first time (tickets for Christmas).. I remember crying and telling my grandma “I think I’m going to pass out!” Lol Dang I miss this squad! Fun fact: as a teen I had a fake wedding ring from Walmart so I could be “Mrs. Posey” 🤣 this video makes me miss being young. And makes me respect these men even more. They were responsible for making a lot of people happy. My name has been Miranda “panda” ever since!
Petit pitching in that 18 inning game in extra's as on the road unreal. The best pitching performance I can say I have ever seen. Of all 3 World Series runs this and Romo getting the final 3 outs in 2012 over Cincinnati are the most memorable for me.
Watched this again today, 2021, in the Netherlands. Man, this was great! Gave me the chills , this was the greatest time in Mlb for me as a Giants Fan!
By far, the best video compilation I have seen on the Giants. I have probably watched this 500 times. Goosebump city. It literally brings tears to my eyes every single time I watch it. You did an outstanding beautiful job. How you synchronized the soundtrack with the video is purely magical. I envy your talent.
My dad took me to "The Stick" to watch Mays, McCovey, Marichal, and other HOF'ers play in the 1960's. I was and will be a Wille Mays fan for all time, but....watching the Giants win in 2010, 2012, and 2014 was the epitome of greatness for the SF Giants. I got to see many games at 24 Willie Mays Plaza. Club Level, halfway between home and 1st. Thank you to Lon Simmons, Hank Greenwald, , Kruik and Kuip and John for sharing their insights on the "inner game" of baseball. Always a Giants fan. I also loved the A's, and got to see them in their early 1970 run. We were and are blessed. Go Giants!
2014 was very unique from the other two. 2010 and 2012 were total team efforts where every single person played an equally valauble role. In 2014, while everyone was valuable and vital to that run, there was no question on who the one, true MVP was. What Madison Bumgarner did that postseason was just legendary. The greatest post season pitching performance I have ever seen, and arguably of all time. It was absolutely incredible what he accomplished.
This video is edited and put together better than a lot of big productions. This is an amazingly well done video. Its almost like something I would see on Comcast Bay Area Sports (CSN) here in Northern California. Its that well done!! This is the best highlights video on You Tube of the 2014 Giants!!! GO GIANTS!! We need to beat the Padres tonight so we can be back at .500 the season is young, so anything can happen. :) :) :) Overall excellent video, professional made!!
This is one of the best of the '15 Playoff compilations I've ever seen! Thanks Brooks. I thought I'd seen everything from the series but there were so many clips the were great and new to me. The first two WS wins were unbelievable but this one seemed to go from miracle to miracle until the final win in Kansas City with that pitching performance and how they scrapped their way to Third in Five!. Brooks, everything is perfect.
These three teams epitomize my love of baseball. Each time we went to the postseason, there were new heroes, new players who stepped up in big moments, from Cody Ross and Edgar Renteria to Yusmeiro Petit and Joe Panik I always felt that the squad played for the team rather than themselves. You can tell they love playing for the Giants, and that they love playing baseball. Here's hoping we can do it again in 2016.
Personally the 2010 ment so much breaking the wall , so many friends and family That were giants fans who went to the parade , and how hundreds of thousands of people came together (almost like the late 60s in SF.) it was like when the GSW won too, nobody got hurt and it was all about celebrating.. so epic never will see anything like it again .

Awwww, this is absolutely brilliant. Got me emotional all over again. Great job!! I'm sure I'll watch this several times over the course of the upcoming season if the Giants struggle; just to remind myself why I love this team so much.
Been a Giants fan since I came out the womb. Watching these 3 World Series wins with my grandpa who remembers when they left New York was the greatest moments in my life.
Thanks Brooks. I am forwarding this one out to all my friends. The music was perfect and just added to the enjoyment of this film. Can't wait for the season to start. Let's do it again! We got the horse to do it with Madison Bumgarner and the rest of our Boys!
Best video I have seen of this last post season. I have watched this so many times because it is perfectly done...the music..the editing..the commentary...going from black and white to color, etc. An amazing work of art. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Great Video! Reminds me just how amazing it was to see my beloved Giants win the World Series in a game 7 on the road. Michael Morse, Game 5 vs. St.Louis, and Game 7 versus the Royals, you can be sure we Giants fans will never forget you.
I've watched this video so many times over the years just to remind myself that it really did happen. What a magical five years that was. Thanks for putting this together, Brooks!
I have lost track of how many times I've watched this. Just needed to watch it again today as the Giants return to SF for Game 5 against the Dodgers. Let's get pumped up and see them advance to the NLCS! Gotta get loud and show them our support tomorrow.
I wish! If only Doval threw a high fastball to strikeout bellinger. If only Doval didn’t hit turner. If only Bryant didn’t get screwed on that call, WHAT IF the umpires didn’t screw flores. It’s a story of what if’s just like 2016.
I thought I was done crying watching 2014 world series videos!! Who am I kidding? I'll keep crying for years to come!!! That part towards the end when Hunter Pence gives the speech after the last game of the season when he says" I want every single one of you to imagine yourself as a world series champion!! " FUCKING CHILLS!!!!!!!
I just needed some inspiration for the upcoming 2024 season; as a grateful and lifelong SF Giants fan, nothing better than reliving Game 7 of the 2014 MLB World Series Champions 🙏🏼⚾🇺🇲
2020 Madbum respect and to the whole squad. Respect. The energy from the fans is what made it electrifying. Hopefully we can get that back in the near future...
Oscar Francisco Taveras (June 19, 1992 - October 26, 2014) RIP. Homered for the Cardinals against the Giants in Game 2 of the NLCS. If he had lived, he could have been a legend. But he gave what he had while he was here. He was a great player. The Cardinals since the 1930s have always been one of the toughest teams to play when the series was on the line.
This is an amazing video. Gives me all the feels, I loved at the end how you put in Pence's speech when Sandoval caught the final out, legit almost made me cry. That was AMAZING. Don't know how else to put it. Great job, to you and our Giants. Get ready for next year
This sounds bias because I am a die heart Giants fan. Those 3 Championships is probably the best Dynasty there ever was! The way the won all those series leading up to the World Series. It all started with that Giants Padres series in SF. It came down to the last game and from that moment the Magic started! I remember popping Champagnes in San Bruno, CA watching it. Go Giants!
Great job on this video Brooks! the post game interviews during the video was perfect. Couldnt have done it better!

Commenting six years after video....it's amazing as time goes by what those teams pulled off. Every single year they never went into it as a title contender.
I was in Costco getting food before my night classes for my MBA program when I saw Crawford hit that Bomb walking in on the TV screens!! Texted mom and it was absolutely amazing!!! I never thought the Giants would win one World Series let alone three. I stepped outside of night class during game 7 to listen to the ending on my portable radio. They said I was screaming when Pablo caught the foul ball to end it. I told them all, having had a Grandfather who never saw the Giants win the World Series from when they came to SF in 1954 to his death in 2009. You never know when you will have that opportunity again. Live in the moment when it arises!!!
idk if we will ever see a post season performance quite like this one again. possibly the greatest world series pitching anyone has ever seen. im so glad my uncle got to like the giants when i was growing up, bc who knew they were going to win three world series championships in five years, have one of the most impressive play off runs in MLB history in 2012, and then have arguably the best world series pitcher of all time. a total of .25 ERA in all of MadBums world series outings. truly incredible
Even if the Giants never win another championship in my lifetime, I can say that I would die a grateful fan and couldn't have asked for more than what these teams have accomplished in the last 5 years. weaselwrocks never buddy . I’m glad to have been alone to witness these 3 WS . Truly remarkable
Well put Sir!
It was hard watching good teams to loses. Thanks Angels. I was sad watching those games with Barry Bonds. He never gets pitch to walk him if they can.
I remember running home from school in the 60s to listen to the radio and Russ Hodges calling the games, especially Willie Mays' home runs. But never a world series. Unbelievable season. MadBum had a performance for the ages.

Brooks K No worries. Great video.
Brooks K Great video, choice of content and music. If I could have imagined it I couldn't have done it better.
Brooks K What is the background music from?
pliuworld the movie Rudy. if you like sports movies, it's an absolute must watch. even if you don't like Notre Dame football.

what an emotional run, ill never ever forget being in the crowd for Travis' walk off shot as a kid

Three Royals fans hated this video -- or maybe they're Dodger fans who haven't seen a World Series win since the Reagan Administration.
caliscribe No pennant since '88, haha.
They're just mad they have to watch their last World Series with a VCR lol
+feezy243 Not Anymore :)

My entire body is covered in goosebumps. #2010 #2012 #2014
This film is incredible, thank you.
Masterful editing job Brooks, why did you make me cry again.

Chills aplenty. Gonna bookmark and watch often, especially since this is one of those damnable "odd years."
This video was extremely well put together.
Nicely done.
Beautifully done, sir. Thank you.

What a great tribute video! I will watch this one over and over again. What a great job you did!!!
Such a special compilation, stuff like this is why, as a UK based Giants fan, I've promised myself I'll attend another Giants game. Brilliant!
Amazing video that captures all the best highlights, music selection, quotes and just the magic that our SF Giants are. Well done and GO GIANTS!!!
Masterful job Brooks K. Thank you. This made me tear up just a bit.
On behalf of Giants fans everywhere, thank you for this video. I was there for all 3. This one meant the most. Thank you.
Personally the 2010 ment so much breaking the wall , so many friends and family
That were giants fans who went to the parade , and how hundreds of thousands of people came together (almost like the late 60s in SF.) it was like when the GSW won too, nobody got hurt and it was all about celebrating.. so epic never will see anything like it again .
Goose bumps all along this video for such a master piece of amazing storybook
Incredible. Brought tears to my eyes. Great memories of that 2014 postseason
Amazing winning years with our SF Giants!! Will never forget. History was made.
I am still enjoying it many years later!
Here we come again! Go giants!
As a long time Giants fan the joy of watching those games, even as highlights, is still palpable. It's such a sweet memory.
I was only a few months out of a long hospital stay from two temporarily fatal heart attacks when I got to watch them do this. It was so inspiring that it gave me more strength for my recovery. I bleed orange and black and have since 1972. I love the Giants and always will, win or lose.
Back here for another one baby let’s go Giants!🧡💯🧡🖤🧡🖤
Awwww, this is absolutely brilliant. Got me emotional all over again. Great job!! I'm sure I'll watch this several times over the course of the upcoming season if the Giants struggle; just to remind myself why I love this team so much.
Been a Giants fan since I came out the womb. Watching these 3 World Series wins with my grandpa who remembers when they left New York was the greatest moments in my life.
Fantastic video! So many great moments to relive.
I love watching this. It's been 5 or 6 times already and I'm sure there will be more. Great job, Brooks!
Great Video! Reminds me just how amazing it was to see my beloved Giants win the World Series in a game 7 on the road. Michael Morse, Game 5 vs. St.Louis, and Game 7 versus the Royals, you can be sure we Giants fans will never forget you.
Great job on this video...you rock...SF Giants forever!!!!
Thank you Madison. Thank you Giants. Thank you MLB. So awesome. Go Giants.
Wonderful video! Thank you so much for the memories of my team's third run to the World Series. Beautiful.
I watch this every damn year, it never gets old!!! GIANTS BABYYYYYY
That's the coolest thing I have ever seen as a Giants fan. Thank you for all
I've watched this video so many times over the years just to remind myself that it really did happen. What a magical five years that was. Thanks for putting this together, Brooks!
Good God Brooks this is amazing. Thank you for this.
How all three times that we won nobody thought we had a chance!😅
Yo this was flawlessly made this is perfection in a video great job
Well done Brooks, as a lifelong Giants fan this was a pleasure to watch and listen to.
Amazing run brought back all the memories
"Boy's saddle the hell up, cause we are burning it down" epic
So glad that speech was included. Great docu.
This gives me goosebumps everytime , 100% legit emotion and passion!!
I have lost track of how many times I've watched this. Just needed to watch it again today as the Giants return to SF for Game 5 against the Dodgers. Let's get pumped up and see them advance to the NLCS! Gotta get loud and show them our support tomorrow.

Just excellent! (Footage, editing, announcers, music . . .)
Fantastic job, and great choice of soundtrack!!!
I just needed some inspiration for the upcoming 2024 season; as a grateful and lifelong SF Giants fan, nothing better than reliving Game 7 of the 2014 MLB World Series Champions 🙏🏼⚾🇺🇲
this was amazing.
Who’s here during 2021 when the giants are having their best season in history
i watch this religiously thank you!!!!!
Fantastic video to recap a magical postseason. Well done Brooks K!

Great job on this video Brooks! the post game interviews during the video was perfect. Couldnt have done it better!
Commenting six years after video....it's amazing as time goes by what those teams pulled off. Every single year they never went into it as a title contender.
I remember just crying when the final out was made.
Thanks for putting this together! Gave me goosebumps!
@14:39 kudos my friend that was awesome. respect to the cardinals and oscar taveras, sorry they had to lose such a young and talented player.
Beautiful memory about the great SF GIANTS
Thank you for not putting stupid terrible music like other DOCs. 10/10
This video is so much better then the crappy postseason highlights/World Series videos they show on Tv... Keep up the great work!!
San Francisco Giants World Series 2020 here we come
Wow! This really is an incredible video!
You can’t help but feel inspired while watching this especially when the music is from Rudy.
What a video the music makes this extremely emotional
Bumgarner is a legend.
Thank you for this wonderful video without overpowering music drowning out the announcers.
i didnt realise it was a amateur video until after watching and reading comments....wonderful job ...
idk if we will ever see a post season performance quite like this one again. possibly the greatest world series pitching anyone has ever seen. im so glad my uncle got to like the giants when i was growing up, bc who knew they were going to win three world series championships in five years, have one of the most impressive play off runs in MLB history in 2012, and then have arguably the best world series pitcher of all time. a total of .25 ERA in all of MadBums world series outings. truly incredible
There's a lot of editing here, and it's done very well. Really great work!
