MANCHESTER UNITED The most floppiest sport on Earth is Soccer. Soccer flops in over 240 countries and dependencies. Every country on Earth loves to watch Soccer players flop. It’s hilarious.
I was there in the left center field bleachers. Pablo's HR's made the crowd lose their absolute minds it was incredible. Loudest crowd I've ever heard at a sporting event.
Magical game. Zito left off the postseason roster in 2010 gets the ultimate redemption by outdueling the truly great Verlander. He added a line drive rbi single off JV when he was on the ropes, what a moment. Joe buck eat your words Haha (I like Buck but he said zito had zero chance in the first inning at the plate and again said "biggest mismatch" we'll see) Pagan ball off the third base bag for a double was so unusual that was part of the 'magic' Panda hit 3 bombs we know that. But the first one, in the 1st inning was on an 0-2 count on not a bad pitch. That wasn't supposed to happen, but it did. Say he makes an out there and Verlander cruises thru the first frame, the result of this game could have been very different, putting all the pressure on Zito to be perfect. But zito got a run of breathing room and cashed in. Big time Timmy jim Lincecum came in at the perfect time (Bochy brilliant calls always) and delivered. Giants weren't supposed to be there but they were. There will always be highs and lows in sports, but this game specifically given the magnitude... it was a game where a giants fan will feel the ultimate joy. Legendary game all around
threelibras8, Definitely a game we feel the ultimate joy. This is why I am here watching this game and WS again in Jan. 2020. Now that my favorite players, Timmy, Matt, Barry, Ryan, and even MadBum are gone. Truly marking the end of an era for the Giants.
MANCHESTER UNITED The most floppiest sport on Earth is Soccer. Soccer flops in over 240 countries and dependencies. Every country on Earth loves to watch Soccer players flop. It’s hilarious.
How awesome was it that 2 World Series Champions from 2010 who hardly did anything in the 2010 post-season (Pandoval and Zito) were so HUGE for us in this post-season! And conversely you have 2 World Series champions from 2010 who were HUGE for us that year (Huff and Wilson) who hardly contributed in this post-season. And yet all 4 of those players own 2 World Series rings regardless. Awesome!
Of all the HRs Panda hit I loved the 2nd one. Pitching coach visits mound, Verlander basically tells him to fuck off then gets hammered. World Series is all about getting there, then reputations mean squat.
Verlander must've been listening to these two announcers going on and on about how great he is. And then they don't talk to someone in the Giant's dugout or bull pen about winning, but to a player who is losing and doesn't know what to say...
It is so good watching Verlander stare down his pitching coach as he comes to the mound in the 3rd. Verlander totally big- leagued him right there on the mound, didn't look at him while his coach talked, and then only looked at him, smirking, when telling him this: "All you did was fire them up", talking about the crowd. Next pitch, he's beaten by a 2 Run HR to LEFT, by Panda. Suck it several, several times, Verlander. You can't beat us. Even when you are "the best pitcher in the game". We are the World Champions of 2012, we swept your team, and it all started with you not able to stop us in Game 1. Don't ever forget that.
I use to watch Zito blow games as I yell at my tv but then like the line in dumb and dumber he totally redeemed himself in 2014 .Cheers to you Mr.Zito.
A's fan? Hahaha..my best friend was an A's fan, I'm a Giants fan... We'd play pinochle or other games...with 2 radios going... Yeah, listening to Zito blow games for Oakland.....hahaha
Maybe. The interruption might've broken his rhythm for sure, but it looked like he was just as smug as the coach walked away as he appeared to be during the conversation which tells me he ignored the advice of his elder and threw what he intended to throw. A hard head makes a soft behind...
I was at that game, in the back bleachers in the middle roughly, towards triples alley. Shit was wild, ppl were hammered by the 4th inning. Great times
The Cardinals were legitimately 12 outs away from being in 3 straight World Series, and if they could have recorded bullpen outs in 2014, it could have been very plausible that they would have made the 2011, ‘12, ‘13, ‘14 series
I be honest I don't really like baseball but after 2010 and 2012 I cry like a man because nobody believes this team can't win the world series other teams spend so much money but our giants hire players no others team likes I believe futbol soccer was the best sport in the world but baseball is 2
I love how Verlander refused to admit he got rocked in this game, i guess he didnt wanna accept he got knocked off of his pedastal. during the post game interview he said he struggled a bit with location and movement..... i think thats BS Fastball up and in to Sandoval is almost always a guaranteed K for left handed hitters, the second home run was a fastball low and away, either youll slap it for crummy ground ball, or youll miss. And Zito's getting a hit was just another slap in the face.
Did you change your username... or did Nathan Shank delete his comments? Because it sounds like whoever wrote that the Giants wouldn't do it in 2014 was WROOOOOOOOOOOOOONG! WOOOOOOOO!
I was so sick and tired of the handjobs Buck, McCarver and other "experts" were giving Verlander. This was perfect slaying of Goliath. Barry earned his contract in 2012. Worth it in long run. Verlander at 100 pitches in 4th inning was freaking hilarious. #pandapower #rallyzito Great memories
This is my first time watching this series, and it is actually sickening to listen to such biased announcing from supposedly neutral broadcasters. And even after the Giant's start pulling away on the scoreboard, they start attempting to qualify their gushings about the Tigers but still don't give the Giant's the proper credit, instead they're inferring that it's all been luck.
1:56:35. Two things that surprised me about that list. 1. Mickey Mantle was not on the list. You would think that a player with 18 WS HRs would have at least one 3 homer game to his name. 2. It took gaps of 49 and 34 years to get a 3 homer game then all of a sudden two in back to back years.
I don't doubt that you won't find it. Most good employers want intelligent workers who know how to communicate properly, which includes knowing how to spell.
The 2012 season, the NLCS and this game were redemption for 6 years of trouble for Barry Zito. Now we can say "He was a great Giant."
3 hr from panda was great but one of my favorite moments in this game was zito rbi off Verlander
This series happened almost 8 years ago... Wow!! I'm still very happy for Barry Zito getting the start and earning the win!
Barry...Manilo? LOL
Zito's contract was worth every penny!
I could watch this game 100 times and still love it with all my heart
Barry, Barry, Barry!! Wow, such good memories. Zito earned every penny of his salary in 2012.
He earned all his prior salary as well.
I loved it after Sandoval's second home run and you could see Verlander say "Wow!" with a perplexed look on his face. Just priceless!
Hate him or not, Zito earned 2012 WS.
OperationEndGame He was the perfect choice for Game 1 against the over-aggressive Tigers.
MANCHESTER UNITED baseball >soccer
Important ? More like faking injuries and low scoring games.
MANCHESTER UNITED The most floppiest sport on Earth is Soccer. Soccer flops in over 240 countries and dependencies. Every country on Earth loves to watch Soccer players flop. It’s hilarious.
I admit that I talked a lot of crap about Zito that year. But after 2012, he should not have to pay for a beer anywhere in San Francisco.
Zito pitched the game of his life. What a moment
Yeah as bad as his contract was, his 2012 postseason made it worth every single penny
Ruth, Jackson, Pujols...SANDOVAL??? lol
Man, that's why I love this game!!! You just never know...
Man pablo was and is still one of the most underrated players of all time. 🐼 🐼 🐼 🐼
Hope he stays a giant 🙏
Too bad he couldn't control his eating disorder and keep in shape.
I was there in the left center field bleachers. Pablo's HR's made the crowd lose their absolute minds it was incredible. Loudest crowd I've ever heard at a sporting event.
Joe buck lifeless call of a second homerun for a guy in back to back at bats in game 1 of the world series is insane to me
He was just salty cause the giants knocked out the cardinals who he is a fan of.
Magical game. Zito left off the postseason roster in 2010 gets the ultimate redemption by outdueling the truly great Verlander. @@benthekeeshond545 And now Posey is retired :(
I love when tigers pitching coach comes out lol
Spoiler Alert: Giants/Panda/Zito stomp Verlander
🤣
Hate negativity so.
Thumbs up watching this in 2014
Pablo Sandoval 3 home run night.
1st HR @ 25:26

@@dracosamm happy late new year aaron.
@M this 2012 MLB World Series on October 2012 was actually held 1 month after LoveLive Sunshine made their grand debut on September 25th 2012.
joe bucks call of a man hitting his third home run in a world series game is embarrassing
1:14:00 is one of my favorite moments from this game just seeing Verlander’s reaction to his pitching coach visiting him.
Great job Pablo Sandoval. Great memory in Giants history. Viva El Panda.

You should really make your videos in 720p. Other then that, your channel is perfect.
i bet they will be back there this year
They will!
They did!!!
cant believe this was more than 10 years ago. Verlander just got his 1st world series win yesterday😅
OMG!!!!! I WAS THERE Game 1 of the 108th World Seires
Best birthday ever for me! Thank you Panda!
GO GIANTS!!!
The Pabs was just BEAST
Barry Zito had more RBIs than Fielder, and had as many going into Game 4 as "Triple Crown" Cabrera.
Fantastic memory! Go GIANTS!!!
Bruce Bochy is a mastermind
Barry Zito, Giants Legend Forever
Watching in 2024 (instead of the actual 2024 W.S.)
Go Giants ;-)
Amazing time for SF.
Fond memories of sneaking peeks at the Guardian liveblog in between rushes at work. Giants baseball might be torture, but it feels so good.
1:37:20 "Barry Zito on the plate... as big a miss-match as you'll see the entire World Series"
Barry Zito is not impressed!
Barry Manilow XD
I can't believe the S.F. Giants swept the D. Tigers!
It is so good watching Verlander stare down his pitching coach as he comes to the mound in the 3rd. AND...not only did Barry Zito out pitch you, Justin, Zito beat you with a 2 out line drive RBI base hit. So, so good.
13:45 Yastrzemski quote
7 years later his grandson is playing for us
Oh shit that's grandson? I had no idea, how cool is that.
That was some groundbreaking analysis by McCarver after Pablo's third homer: "extraordinary". ya think?!?! Thanks Tim. You can't retire soon enough
I use to watch Zito blow games as I yell at my tv but then like the line in dumb and dumber he totally redeemed himself in 2014 .Cheers to you Mr.Zito.

A lesson for humanity for Verlander and this withe sportscaster
The Zito RBI.. so great. Good times.
2:54:48 Benito Santiago in the crowd enjoying the game
miggizle85 is that actually him? Cause if so what a find!
I like how the announcers never gave the Giants a chance.
not just the announcers, the whole damn fox pre-game show!
Panda Power - 26:16 1:15:03 1:57:43
1:14:25 you gotta wonder if that pitching coach visit to the mound made Verlander have a lap of focus. Not well timed at all but for my giants !
Maybe. The interruption might've broken his rhythm for sure, but it looked like he was just as smug as the coach walked away as he appeared to be during the conversation which tells me he ignored the advice of his elder and threw what he intended to throw.
A hard head makes a soft behind...
it sucks that we cant watch our teams in the playoffs on there normal channels
great world series
Ha lesson of humidity for Verlander
I was at that game, in the back bleachers in the middle roughly, towards triples alley. Shit was wild, ppl were hammered by the 4th inning. Great times
These two clowns built Verlander up as King fuckingTut and we beat the shit out of him.
Kind of weird how he dominates the Yankees and Athletics but yet get crushed by the Cardinals and Giants.
26:21, 1:15:08, 1:57:48.

Literally the next pitch after the pitching coach walked back to the dugout, Sandoval home run.
The Cardinals were legitimately 12 outs away from being in 3 straight World Series, and if they could have recorded bullpen outs in 2014, it could have been very plausible that they would have made the 2011, ‘12, ‘13, ‘14 series
I always remember that ESPN’s WS preview crew joked about it and said ‘the Tigers would win in “3”.
I literally watched this while i was studying :D
Pablo Sandoval went full-on GOD MODE in this game

I wish we could get full complete classic World Series games rather than just one game of a World Series.
what happen to Tim Lincecum in this world series

AT&T Park (now Oracle Park) is like the Mecca of baseball. Such a magical place
Cardinals announcers bias, they probably still hate Will Clark after his run in with Ozzie Smith.
I love baseall
Zito was a man on a MISSION.
Giants will be back this year. Go Giants.
Nathan Shank You might want to check on that... Not only are they dominating their Division. They are dominating their League as well as the AL.
Nathan Shank Well no. But they have a nice comfortable lead.
Nathan Shank Loot at how stupid you look now... dumbass

Why did u have to do does commercial breaks

gotta watch this after last nights game, Go Panda

1:15:05 Panda 2nd homer
1:57:46 Panda 3rd homer
I remember when Tim say Verlander was the best pitcher around the world and Pablo and Scutaro destroy him I just can't stop laughing about his comment

I was so sick and tired of the handjobs Buck, McCarver and other "experts" were giving Verlander.
