I am always so excited to see when you have posted a new episode of Flosstube! I love watching your monthly quilt block studies, Anna.

You both are so interesting. I so enjoy that you share openly about yourselves. It is so fun to hear you. I have begun volunteering in a second grade class. The teacher is wonderful. Full of energy. During the snack break, they have a short recess, while I am there. I learned quickly that is also her break. You are such a fast stitcher-you finish so many things. THUMBS UP TO CARING TEACHERS!! THANK YOU!!

So enjoy catching up with you and seeing the great projects and creativity. This time, Anna, your log cabin block took my breath away! The lively yet harmonious use of analogous colors made it energetic but at the same time comforting. Perfection!

Love all the color choices - amazing and fun. Preparedness has always been important to me, I always finish my Bible Study, am a list maker, etc. but as I age, I have relaxed in some of this and it feels ok to me. Enjoy your families in the atmosphere of Thankfulness. hugs

Your flosstubes hit all my buttons! You have such good content (I even enjoy your sidetracks 🤣) and such beautiful stitching. Anna your pillow was stunning! Carolyn your Santa framing was perfection! Thank you for sharing all your insights and endeavors. ❤️

I was just down in Kentucky and I toured the Maker's Mark Distillery and near there are those big wood buildings that you showed on your Saltbox. They are quite impressive. I am definitely a person who needs quiet during that first wonderful cup of coffee.

My partner and I are not morning people so what we do when we get up is a wave and then coffee. Once the coffee is running through our veins then we will start to talk 😆 Another wonderful flosstube and I can’t believe that you have reached number 60 😊 where has the time gone

So glad to see you again. My sister lives in Alberta and I am in southern California. You two remind me of the great bond between sisters. I wish my sister and I lived close to each other to enjoy more time together. Great stitching ladies!

Anna, I’m stitching my Black Sampler September in Soie 100/3 #210 a very dark teal. Your log cabin block is gorgeous!❤
Carolyn, I’ll be doing the Modern Folk Embroidery Advent mystery this year . I’m inspired to stitch it from watching yours last year. I did purchase the thread kit.
I learn so much from your discussions and tips. Thank you.
    Happy Thanksgiving!🦃🍁

Great FFOs. I would work the pumpkins top to bottom, or at least 2-3 x's from the farthest left side of each pumpkin, in each row, also going down. Pretty WIPs. Hope you bought the Advent Box as it is now sold out. Very nice fabrics. Oh, the Day of the Dead still freaks me out. Enjoy your pizza dinner.

I think there is more blue fabric around. I was looking for some for years, and the only one dying it seemed to be Linen and Flax. But some white thread is a challenge, so thanks for the double top leg stitch idea.

I don’t tend to comment often but I really enjoy watching you both. You are fascinating and the joy you have for what you do is special. Anna, who is teaching the quilt color study with? Happy thanksgiving, and happy birthday Carolyn.

I always found the secret to teaching was to be over prepared but ready to change directions in an instant. Flexibility had to be my middle name so every lesson could be what the student needed. I must state though, I was a private teacher so it was easier to be flexible than if I was teaching twenty children. Teachers in schools are amazing. As always…a fantastic and enjoyable video. 🦉🧵🪡🎄
