it's refreshing when you say that the studies are a bit iffy as to whether something is good or bad. Most of the studies I've seen on other health channels refer to a study that was done with 11 people or less. A person or company can make any study advantageous to what they want the outcome to be.
15 oz water, 1/2 shot vinegar, 1/4 shot lemon juice and 1 serving of a no-sugar electrolyte (Redmonds) every morning and throughout the day if doing longer fast.

I can't thank yo enough for the 0123 and the way you lay out IF options. I came across your UA-cam channel on July 10, and it made so much sense to me. I had no trouble immediately implementing it . You refer to a break after 40 days. Could you please explain what should happen on day 41? What should a "break" look like? How long should it last? . I just bought your Intermittent Fasting Diet book, and I can't find any instruction there, or online. Doing 0123 and intermittent fasting. at 12- -14 hours , 2-3 meals. I have lost 12.5 pounds in my first 45 days. I took 2 days, and today I have returned to my 0123, and made sure to pack plenty of protein, greens and good fats for recovery. Thank you again for your guidance.
