Very,very nicely done video. Without knowing anything of this bike, i would be mopping up oil from ground, also. Thanks for effort. I'm thinking about getting a 06 sv1000s. It doesn't have title, but so far all the vin checks show it is a clean and not stolen. Also have to get bonded title which I have never done. Girl at local DMV says she gets alot of bonded titles and there isn't a problem doing the registration. I can't understand how so many people nowadays can lose a title to motorcycles and cars so easily. It's crazy to think so many people don't keep important papers like a title for car or motorcycle. Not always. If gasket looks good can reuse. Gaskets of not too old can still be ok. Personally I would replace as it saves doing half the job again. That being said a gasket one year old would most likely seal again if only sealed once before.
This is the infamous clutch chudder. A guy called sharealike was the original og engineer that fixed hundreds of sv1000 clutch baskets. Such a good bike but the weak link was the basket design. What pisses me off is suzuki ran with this same shit design for over 10 years with other models too. Should have been a recall or at least change the design before putting into new models.

Ostatnio zrobilem sprzeglo u Szramy w Wawie ,ale się zacząłem zastanawiać czy te ostatnia płytkę od sprzęgła włożyłem w ten płytszy rowek czy tak jak resztę .Orientujesz się jakie mogą być objawy gdyby to było źle włożone ?Ja nic dziwnego nie zauważyłem i sprzęgło działa jak trzeba ,ale wolałbym już tego nie rozbierać tym bardziej,ze nowy olej ,płyn chłodniczy i uszeczelki oem.

Jeżeli zregeneruje się sprzęgło za późno ; gdy już wibracje i grzechotanie jest od dłuższego czasu nie można oczekiwać że już uszkodzone elementy skrzyni biegów nie będą miały reperkusji w przyszłości. Wtedy oczywiście zwala się wszystko na zregenerowane sprzęgło , skrzynia biegów może paść w każdej chwili tak jak inne elementy silnika , zależy to od stylu jazdy ;)
@@ghassanalfarra8935 Never rode a Suzuki yet that didn’t have some clutch rattle , It’s normal Suzukis don’t like riders who pussyfoot around riding at Miss daisy type speeds , you have to show them who’s boss & give them a good fist full of revs to smooth them out .
@@maskedavenger2578 that's not applicable while riding within city limits nor through heavy traffic, especially in regions were lane splitting is illegal, not to mention starting from a full stop to make a sharp tur or. U turn , so sometimes you're forced to slow down and abide by traffic rules, and that's when this rattling clutch issue manifests itself, you then find yourself having to feather the clutch or even ride it just to smooth things out.

Nie wiem dlaczego jest ostatnia tarczka w płytkich rowkach, ale myślę że jeżeli będzie w tych samych co pozostałe nie będzie problemu !

There is company in Poland they make clutch reconditioning, but they dont send out to other countrys.

Już w jednym DL 1000 po takim wzmocnieniu kosza/ sprężyn skrzynia biegów się poddała.....
Jeżeli zregeneruje się sprzęgło za późno ; gdy już wibracje i grzechotanie jest od dłuższego czasu nie można oczekiwać że już uszkodzone elementy skrzyni biegów nie będą miały reperkusji w przyszłości. Wtedy oczywiście zwala się wszystko na zregenerowane sprzęgło , skrzynia biegów może paść w każdej chwili tak jak inne elementy silnika , zależy to od stylu jazdy ;)
Nowt wrong with a bit of clutch rattle ,the time to worry is when the crankshaft is rattling ,then you are in the sh💩t . 😎
This specific Suzuki clutch rattle would cause unpleasant vibrations from 2 to 4k rpm and a jerky ride at low speeds
