Double bass and blast beat practice

Hi!
I know its sloppy, but today i touched drums for the first time in about 2 weeks. I was just messing around drums with no metronome, just for the fun of it and to see if im still in the right shape haha :) so dont give me hard time :D im no master at double bass drumming and blast beats !

I highly recommend practising everything slowly and with a metronome, otherwise it will always be sloppy and never 100% precise.
If you're practising all the time in this high tempo, your brain can not be able to follow your movements and in the end, it will take you a lot more time ;)
When you are able to play everything slowly that you usually play fast, then you have mastered your instrument.

+IronMade i think you didnt read the description right :D i always practice with metronome, i was away from drums for almost 2 weeks and i turn on the camera as i start to play that day...
but yea. thanks for heads up
