Wow, so much helpful information. Just love how your focus is on communicating love to your child through all the consistency! How Christian is conditioned to colors on the hatch is a perfect example of how prioritizing sleep training gives you as the parent more personal time and sanity as well ;)
I love your family! You're such an inspiration! I have a 9 month daughter and I watch your videos to help me be a better parent. Wish you health and happiness
Hit right in the spot as I woke up tonight twice to my 20 months old toodler screaming to my ear! We are weaning him now and the association between feeding and sleeping has been always there so it's hard for him to adjust . Thank you for the video, I know for sure there are a few things I will change tonight!!!
I'm fixing to do this with my 16-month-old who is my fourth. I did it with my first, but the two in the middle did not. So I'm really hoping I can do it with her now. That way she's a better sleeper than the middle too
I’m new to your channel, Loving all your baby tips videos, so helpful - thank you from a mum with a 5 month old baby who is now sleeping through the night 🤩
Hi there! Welcome to our channel, we are SO glad to have you here! And CONGRATS on getting a full night's rest! YOU DESERVE IT! 🤩 And THANK YOU for sharing such kindness with us! Sending hugs to you and your family! 💛
Hi:) my baby will be 5 months soon and she was such a good sleeper, but since a month she is costantly wakes up every 1,5-2 hours in the night. I brestfeeding her. Please help me. This is a sleep regression? How can i help to my baby? Thank you! I love your videos🥰
Did you do the abc of sleep program ? Or just follow some of cara’s tips ? My son has gradually started to wake up every hour. My husband wakes up at 4:00 am for work we both need sleep.
After our kiddos are sleep trained, any abnormal crying in the middle of the night is attended to with reason! For example, our one year old wakes up every once in a while and just whines a little bit but go straight back to sleep! So we don’t check on her if she’s just whining! But otherwise for crying we always check in! ❤️

Thank you! How often do you check on your babes when they cry in the middle of the night once sleep trained?
