    I tried this recipe today and this is one of the tastiest breads i have tried. it was crispy yet soft and i loved the whole process as well as the bun 💖 hope you will post more amazing recipes. hwaiting ✨

    빵개미님! 1차발효 1시간정도인가요? 두배정도 크기되면 되는지요? 겉은바삭 빵 안쪽식감은 모닝빵이랑 비슷할까요?

      네, 저는 제빵기에서 1차발효까지 했는데, 반죽하고 따로 발효를 하시면 약1시간정도, 부피가 2배정도 될때까지 해주심 됩니다. 겉은 빵가루때문에 바삭하고 안은 미선님 말처럼 모닝빵 같아요~ 즐거운 베이킹되세요🤍

    가염버터 넣으려고 하는데 가염버터를 쓰면 소금을 덜 넣어야할까요?

      네, 가염버터 사용시 소금은 줄여주시는게 좋아요. 아마도 소금 1g정도 넣으시면 될것 같아요.

    혹시 1차 발효할 때 온도는 50도 정도로 해도되나요?

      1차발효는 실온 또는 25~28도 정도가 적당해요

      I made this bread today and it came out really well for me. although i also dont understand the language (which i assume is Korean) in the video, i will write the recipe according to how i made so you also can try the recipe. i hope it's clear and hope you will love the bread like i did (❁´◡`❁) have fun 💖
      Mini Sausage Bread (12 pieces)
      Ingredients :
      Strong flour 200g
      Sugar 20g
      Salt 3g
      Butter 20g
      Instant dry yeast 4g
      Milk 70g
      Water 70g
      Vienna sausage 12 pieces
      Breadcrumbs + 1 dry parsley
      egg
      Ketchup
      Mustard sauce
      How to make :
      1. First measure water and milk. (you can measure it separately and put into one container too)
      2. Secondly measure flour, sugar, salt and yeast and give it a slight mix.
      3. then pour the water and milk you measures earlier.
      4. mix these together according to how it's shown in the video. ( I mixed with a wooden spoon and kneaded for roughly around 6 mins with hand)
      5. once it's mixed well, add butter and then keep kneading.
      6. after kneading sprinkle a bit if flour on the surface, make the dough into a ball cover it and keep it till it get doubled. ( I had to keep for more or less 1 hour)
      7. After it's doubled press it a bit and let out the air in the dough and cut into pieces. (they cut each piece so it weighs around 30 - 32 g)
      8. make small dough balls with the pieces you cut and keep it covered for another 10 - 15 mins.
      9. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs with dry parsley.
      10. break an egg into another bowl and give it a slight whisk with a fork.
      11. take a dough ball and fix the shape a bit and dip in the egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs. keep it on a tray lined with parchment paper (do this to all the dough balls)
      12. take a sausage and press it into the middle of all the dough balls you have finished coating with breadcrumbs.
      13. let the dough balls rest for another 20 - 30 mins and then press the sausages a bit so it will not come out when its getting baked.
      14. you can add mustard sauce and ketchup if you prefer.
      15. pre heat the oven and bake it for 10- 12 mins in 180 Celsius temperature.
