    A highly experienced nutritionist said "One should eat what grows during the season in one's 5 km radius. Nothing more than that is required to adapt to the environment".... we Indians do not need to eat kiwis or blueberries or any other foreign or non local fancy items... to survive and thrive in the environment, we need to eat local produce...

      while hitting the gym is very good for your health i will advise you cut down on rice and if possible let go of wheat, flavor or anything made of wheat or flavor totally and your joints will thank you later, you are most likely a Blood Type O+

      @manav9686 I follow a few American gym fitness videos, one of which is Dana Lin Bailey. Cut down on carbohydrates and increase protein intake. No rice and less wheat and sugar.

    Not only food, also what we see also affect us I mean type of content we consume.
    That's reason Why I watch self growth videos, also I know their effect is very low. As I am not able to do a lot of things that I wanted to, But trust me It is very slow progress, But better than watching some stupid content.

    Yes, we are what we eat. If we eat healrhy food, we will be healthy. But not only food, healthy environment is mandatory too.smoke and toxic gas free environment is another add. We need to stop the exposure of unhealthy environment. The rule of law must include those issues. We don't have to die by being passive smokers. We need to speak up. Silince in wrong place is agreement.

    I always eat indian food which is healthiest food...like fresh vegetables,less oil,less spices, Roasted etc ... Whereas western diet have too much process foods even flour is refined so always go for fresh food no matter what is it western or Asian 👍....

    Why healthy food not available at affordable price ?
    Availability of junk food almost every where , Availability of healthy food - scares ( sorry out of stock/ not available) ?
    Why not incentives healthy food production so that junk food gets a tough competition ?
    This one personal , when was a kid parle g biscuit taste different than today , why the change in quality ?as no control over quality standard to meet sustainable cost of production ? (freedom to alter/compromise on quality)

    That is the reason why satvik food is suggested for civilians, and non veg is suggested for people in armed forces.
    Thinking process is as per the diet.
    Eat vegetarian, no animal food including milk products, which is said to be rajasik food.
