Hello....my lower back pain starts in2020...after I have lost my job..I was living from paycheck to paycheck...so in 3 months I was under a huge depts..and no way to pay ...I literally became a homeless in 3 months....was that enough?Noooo .my back just shut down..like its saying "you are no more usful for any thing, you can't even feed your old mother and your one child" ، I couldn't move for months like i had that legitimate excuse to not work....sometimes I feel good, but as soon as I starts a new job my back pain returns more aggressively, now its go up to my upper back and my shoulders...I know its all about feelings..and I don't know how to overcome the guilt, disappointed, inability and failure...I know its just illusional feelings. But they still effect on my body..

This video makes so much sense once you have fully embraced TMS mind body syndrome. I wish I could get a bit more help with recovery though. I’m located north of Detroit in Canada just across the St. Clair river but I realized Dr Shubiner is not taking patients from outside Michigan. I’m getting encouragement from Dan Buglio on a weekly group session but I’m not sure right now if that’s enough. I saw Dr Hoover in St Johns hospital in Detroit with my MRIs in Dec 2020 and was cleared of any structural problem in relation to my hip and spine. As of that appointment I have totally embraced TMS mind body syndrome but even though I’m in weekly coaching with Dan Buglio I seem to be impatient after over 9 months now. Im implementing Dans instructions to be indifferent to the severe pain in my hips and groin that is disabling ( benefiting from SSDI) . If there is any other coaching to compliment my current group sessions that is available to me, I would greatly appreciate a name and contact for further help to crush this condition. Thank you so much Dr Shubiner for your efforts in getting this information out!

Hi Larry I am on this video because having a headache flare! I wanted to let you know I’ve been working on everything for about 2 years and it’s 85% better so I would say (because it was told to me) to just be patient and don’t put pressure on yourself to “fix” things. Once I stopped hearing about people who were cured in a month I made great improvements. I hope this helps you a little (I am not a doctor in any way just a fellow TMS ER!)
