Those are not crappie, those are called sac-a-lait and not pronounced sack a lot but rather pronounced as cycle lay, your welcome and yes life is better in Louisiana

I REALLY WANT TO GO BACK TO CATFISHING, at least 4-5 videos a year! I am starting to plan for that. I don't know about me analyzing stuff. I do mostly ultralight fishing these days and it will look inappropriate to start teaching people how to catch catfish

Another great, informative video, Vic! Can't wait to see what's next. Up north here it's still 25 degrees night temp, and mid 50-60s,but ofcourse hi winds and rain til the weekend. But love seeing big crappies! Even if they mostly males,lol. Tight lines brother
we are starting to bed here, and once big fat ugly bluegills show up, there will be no more crappy videos : )

Is ajing rod tips supposed to be really thin for sensitivity?
umm no.. that's not how it works. They are sensitive and thin but there is no cause relationship there. Solid tips are thinner than tubular, but less sensitive
Yeah I'm new to the finesse game, I just received my abu garcia ajing rod from japan didn't expected to be hair thin, but it makes sense when using micro jigs and 1-3lb line
@@CHASINGHOOKS are you from US? Have u tried my jigs? I want to know what u think about jigging my jigs with that rod. I designed my jigs specifically for twitching and sensitivity
I'm down in south carolina, haven't tried yet maybe in up coming future. I already a bunch of jigs and soft bait from japan and europe
@@CHASINGHOOKS Japanese jigs have sharp hooks but weird shapes. You should try my jigs... The shape is perfect for panfish and for installing small plastics. Europe doesn't make anything.. there is no such thing as european jigs : ). They are either Chinese or Japanese or Korean
