  • Hung Gar is a fitness culture of the Southern Chinese. It is a natural duty that Hung Gar Tigers train their muscles to deliver punishment in any fight. Their stamina better be so beast-like that they never stop until they empty the life out of their opponents. Train your shoulders, your forearms, your grip, your abs, your chest, everything.
    On other UA-cam channels for martial arts fans, they teach many cool techniques. For mine, I show you the honest way to be a relevant fighter and not an intellectual cheerleader. I don't believe that Kung Fu techniques must take the blame for fighters losing fights. I believe Kung Fu techniques used by fit people will flatten conventional fighters any day.
    We want to see commandos and athletes use Kung Fu techniques. I want all my fans and subscribers to be fit, outstanding people. Fit people can believe it and use it, because if they don't, the mediocre common folk have very low chances of doing it.
