well it would prob be smaller amount of fruit , protein powder and water would be a low cal equivalent the shake she makes isn't like crazy in calories really actually once you break it down, this is prob a typical post workout shake for anybody on the team not even people looking to bulk up... the strawberry is to elevate vitamin c levels post workout (immune system lowers after heavy exercise) and potassium from the banana helps to alleviate cramping and both provide simple sugar carbs to immediately feed the muscle alongside the protein intake. the calories come in even more with peanut butter / oatmeal being added into a shake
