Might be a nitpick but I think the ear hole in general is a bit too big and the ear bar looks way too narrow and small. Saying this as a guy who has ruptured 3 ear drums from boxing 😅

What size did you order my head circumference is 22 inches witch on the site says shoud be large but i have i feeling that the cheek protectors are gonna block my nose pls tell me did you get medium or large and ypur head size

I would get large my head is 58 cm nearly 23 inches but ask topboxer to advise you on the best size for you
