I have a 2018 XRT no problems at all, take it back to the dealer again. If they can't get it right I suggest sending an email off to Triumph HQ, that usually puts the wind up the dealer. Good luck
Hi Ivan, i have this same issue at the moment. I notice that on the underside of your lever there is nothing to push on the plunger pf the switch. Was this fault fixed by replacing the lever with one that does by any chance?
The problem is not the switch. It's the lever. Apparently it doesn't have the part that pushes the switch when it is released. Check if there is something on the lever that touches the switch. I believe that this lever is not of this motorcycle model.
I'll give that a try.
