Мое уважение парням, которые в домашних условиях ремонтируют машины. Стоя на коленках, лежа на полу и без сервисных инструментов они достигают результат. Спасибо за видео.
Other youtuber,s should take notes here! Very good video both in showing how its done and non-nonsense talk. Cheers from Norway! I,m in the middle of changing the same as shown this video shows AND lower ball joint/upper joint/arm... And EVERYTHING was/are stuck! Had to cut with grinder, and with upper nut lower ball joint, i had to drill a series of holes on both sides of the nut before i split it with a chisel...
@seankellogg6154 I had really loose steering feel to my ML. It required a lot of input to turn and there was a tonne of false play in the steering. It was vibrating at higher speeds as well. Easiest way to check would just undo the nut and feel the elbow joint. More than likely it's shot because of the sheer weight of these things and how long they have been around for. Hope it helps. Cheers.
@@gasNgears thanks for the fast response. I’m thinking I have the same issue on my 2007 GL 320. Even though I replaced the rack with one from FCP Euro, something seems loose and the steering wanders. The outer tie rods are tight when I replaced the rack but I’ll have to take them off to check the inner ones.

@kjetilkjellevold8054 thanks for the kind words sir. I try to film the stuff, the way I would prefer to see if I was watching someone else do the job.
Thank you for this awesome video🍺
Thank you for your video very helpful. Doing this change today on two sides.
Thank you for the video I had the same problem with the inner nut so this was way helpful
Thank you very much! Simple and concise video. We'll done and thank you!
My heart almost stoped when you were tightening inner rod while laying directly bellow brake rotor, thats sketchy man 😅😅😅
What symptoms did you have before you replaced the tie rods?

@seankellogg6154 no worries, hope you get it sorted. 👍
Did you change tie rods on each side of the car, good video
Yes, @davidsyked9420 I changed both sides before getting the wheel alignment done.
