Sorry, I saw nothing but car bumper and tambutso, traffic and magulong building structures that are so dull and uninteresting to watch. I was expecting to see the rich verdant greeneries, mountains and hills of Tagaytay and nearby towns that I’ve known. But I guess, nilamon na iyon ng kabihasnan. Anyway, thanks for sharing. I’m watching you from LA..
sadly I’d have to agree with you. the Cavite that I used to experience back in 1991 to 2000 was different. tama, puro greenery, less traffic, less chaos. :3
sadly, we have no choice but to overtake to the right because a lot of sunday drivers keep hogging the inner lane. even tricycles (something like tuk-tuks) are banned on highways, or if no choice but to use a highway, they need to stay on the right side, and also scooters and motorcycles. but nope, they all overstay in the inner lane. :3 there's also a risk with using the slow lane, because a lot of bodoh peh kambings use the outer lane as parking or even a place to dump their construction materials, which could be why slow vehicles keep hogging the inner lanes. things are weird here sometimes XD
I enjoy your road trips - lived in Dasmarinas and took this route many times.

4:50 Overtaking like that is not considered breaking the law in Philippines?
