Aren't you sure the drums tone is the same on the original but here in this AI extracted version it sounds different because of the AI extracting with all the other stuff going at the same time (DJ parts, etc) ?
@@djabthrash I considered that but i dont think its the case. it was a well produced album and it makes sense that they would mix the drums a certain way to fit well into the mix, and then change the mix the stand out alone on a drum solo. Just my opinion.

This is common indeed, but in this specific case, if you listen to the original studio version (not some AI extracted thing on YT), on that "drum solo" part the drums sound just like during the rest of the song IMO. I love how they have a different tone for the bridge/drum solo. The Solo is very big and aggressive sounding and the rest of the song it is very clean
