    The principle is flow.
    "Be water, my friend."
Strike where you can, not where you can't; using your opponent's body to direct you to its weakness.

I am happy to copy you for a minute. it looks like it works for you, maybe works for me.
your videos are great. I would more prone to a joint lock or something to stop a smaller opponent with less damage to every body but a bigger person may require bigger damage.

I would like to see a conversation between you and Tony Blauer and maybe the Aikido guy who changed to MMA. Maybe a podcast?

The aikido guy is trash. I dont mean to be whatever I'm being but he trained at a top mma gym for a year and after it could barely fight. Tristar the guy who trained gsp. His gym and after however many years of TM and a year of top mma training your just not cut out for it. Its the training mentality. Ive trained with people that had been at a gym for 2 years. Within a few months I'm submitting them. I had absolutely no experience. Some people will never get high level martial arts. Its not that they cant because anyone can do anything. Its that they won't. The work isnt worth the reward. Its easier to be mediocre. I dont get it at all. Im shit at whatever i try. Except for meditation but I had been doing that for years without knowing. I just want to be proficient more than i care about how much it hurts. Have Adam steve the guy from aikidoflow a kung fu expert that knows a different style than adam and Steve. A boxer that has won a championship maybe a Thai fighter and a karate fighter. Then have them all empty their respective cups and sit and discuss the most effective way to punch. Best way to kick. Set up a throw etc. I have learned so much from "GARBAGE" systems because I took what was useful. Your footwork is shit your punching is shit but U generate power in kicks different. I'll master that as much as I can in a week and then forget it ever existed. Its already programmed in. I could benefit from more practice on it bit i will after i find 3 or 4 new things to blend it with. Definitely have a ninja there. I get people think ninjas dont exist. They dont. Keep believing that. Im throwing kunai under a waterfall.

The big guy is already pretty good at Wing Chun, as you can see in his movements. It can be seen that he is very reserved here, probably because Adam wants to explain something to him and doesn't spar with him😉

It’s just a common sense and it is relative whether an opponent is big, small, fat, tall or short or even an alien. However, the real “Wing Chun” is based on the principle of Common Sense/logic. Although, Adam did a good job at trying to explain it to them physically.

When you say opponent, you mean training partner. The person who knows exactly what you want them to do, and then you take turns. Not opponent in a combat sport situation? Or pressure tested with no plan going in ?

Wing Chun isn't for combat sports. It targets the centre line, no sanctioned organisation would allow eye, throat & groin strikes, something which is very common with Wing Chun.

No way, with that difference of size if the big guy know how to boxing, all those wing chung techniques are useless.

Not against Adam, he makes it look like size doesn’t matter when got the skills.

@Tai Chi Tube put yourself in front of pro boxer with the size and weight of that guy and after you do that tell me something...

@Tai Chi Tube For sure your Wing Chun is much better than mine, also you are a much better fighter than me. Putting that apart, would you please accept my invitation for a seminar with my friend and a great gentleman Fedor Emelianenko,he is a former ufc fighter. It is my pleasure having you as a guest and see you using your well tested Wing Chun. Would you have the kindness of accept my invitation ? Mr. Adam Chan is also very welcome. Please tell me something. Thank you very much.

@@nelsonventura7374 You know why boxing is so dangerous? Because they practice so much. It's all about the time put into the art. Fedor is a UFC World Champion, i.e. a pro. So what's the point of comparing a pro to an amateur? Adam's stuff is for the street, as in, you don't have a chance to win (against a guy that size/weight), but must do something anyway. Otherwise, size REALLY matters. I've had fights vs amateurs 50 kg heavier. Lost two, won two. Got lucky, could've lost all 4. Structure has a limit...

Giant vs dwarf, if this guy uses the strength he really has, he breaks you in two, so it’s easy to deduce that his teachings are just fantasies just like in the IP man movies

  • @noempathie5921

maybe he is a nice guy - but just fast fancy movement - no structure
