- WCCO's Adam Duxter is in Big Lake where crews are still working to clean up from a train derailment that happened early Saturday morning. He spoke with residents who say the clean up is causing delays and headaches.
Personal time Pete is rapidly planning his arrival in about 11 months
Love the quote from the kid.
So you already know the cause Jim? Heck may as well send the investigators home.
Trains do need to slow down sometimes , the engineer just needs patience, 43 mph is allot without any red lights to stop you , take your time slow down
At least its consolidated in one spot.
Looks like high speed 😢
What you get here is a TV station 2:23 minute report with video and peoples reactions to a derailment in that area nothing more nothing less. It could be anything that caused this incident. Until the official report comes out we won't know what exactly caused this wreck.
Speed is less likely to cause a derailment on straight track. Not impossible, but unlikely. Best guess is a sudden mechanical failure, either of a car's running gear or the track itself.
@@sturmovik1274 pure speculation at this point until some official says otherwise
@@pbear6251 Yes, it is.
Likely a combination of problems , but there are speed limits for most crossings
So: when are rail companies going to do maintenance on car's ??
Instead of run it until it breaks??
Train companies have a lot of money. They buy off politicians so they can “self regulate” themselves.
So do you know exactly what caused the pill up?
@@russvoight1167sounds like he does. It was an issue with a car.
