Our latest video is out! This time, we're in David Thompson Country, which is just off the Icefields Parkway! Incredible place for adventure: ua-cam.com/video/hGOgs44lbhU/v-deo.html
Just check the weather before you go. I used to drive back and forth through the Ice Fields Parkway a couple times a month to see family in BC when I was working up in Rocky. One time the ice was so bad that I had both passenger side tires on sheer ice and I had to go 30-40 kph for most of the way from the southern start all the way to Saskatchewan Crossing and it took way longer than it usually does, very tiring and stressful too, because nobody else was out there. If I had crashed or broken down I would’ve been stranded until the next person drove that way.
We visited Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Ice fields in July of 2000. It was beautiful then but seeing it in the winter on your video makes me want to go there in the winter! Just gorgeous. Thanks for sharing.
