Yup this shit is real. We need help don’t want help and even if we need it don’t know who or how to trust. We’re scarred, inability to trust those who truly wants to help us due to childhood trauma. The root of our issues stem from somewhere and 9 times out of 10 is any trauma we’ve experienced while being young could be violence, belittled, neglected, sexual abuse, mental abuse it doesn’t stem from just one specific type. Thanks brother keep blessing the world with those notes and lyrics and keep keeping it as real as it can get.

I love all of the brothers and sisters in arms stay strong all we can do is live life day by day and push on through the fight

I have PTSD as well. My Mama physically abused my Dad. She’s been gone for 10 years, and she still gets to me sometimes. It’s frustrating. But ain’t nothing much I can do about it. She’ll always be in my head somewhere. I just have to manage living with her memory.
