Very good ideas, loooved the first part. For this one I would have painted all the wooden furniture white first to make it all more uniform and light and splashed the paint using a drop bottle top/lid, letting some drops slide along the sides organically. Also would have only painted one or max two statement wall(s) with that blue paint. Room was too dark for me but hey to each their own.
I absolutely adore the room, but I would have painted the furniture white too first...............I think it would have made the splatter effect pop even more :)

often with tv and youtube room makeovers, kids usually seem kind of confused and have to say 'thank you i like it' out of politeness (even if they really like it, its always a bit awkward) but vivien has such a genuine happy smile and reaction, its amazing. making a kid smile genuinely is an amazing feeling.

A couple years ago my husband, daughter and I each did a galaxy painting and those 3 paintings have been hanging in my bedroom. I painted a huge galaxy canvas for my husband as a gift a while back. I wouldn't mind having the planets hanging or stars on my ceiling. I love the light up head board. Just so much to love about this room. That majestic blue is absolutely the perfect color for the walls. Love. Love. Love!!! 💖💖💖

I LOVED this transformation. Such a wonderful kid's bedroom!! Have to say I am still not 100% sold on the paint splatter furniture. The headboard is my favorite of the three pieces and loved how that turned out. But I think I would have liked the dresser and bookshelf w/a light grey base.
I am not a big fan of that blue that I find too dark and I didn’t like the natural wood with the color splatter but at the end it came up so nice all together! This is were you can see that you had a true vision for that bedroom. And my favorite piece ended up being the head board!!!! So cool at night ⭐️👏💙 I will never doubt your vision again 🙈

Loved the playfulness of this and how completely designed around the kid it was (which is of course the most important thing!). I would have painted the furniture a solid colour first, maybe the same Neptune blue, and then spattered paint over it to make it look like stars/galaxies in the sky, but that’s just me! Otherwise LOVED the creativity of this one (and you SURPASSED YOURSELF with the blast off puns!)

The headboard is my favorite of your DIY's. Did LOVE your joy at the paint splattering but would have loved to see those pieces painted white first, especially since you have a paint sprayer now, and the draw pulls changed, but mom and dad can change the draw pulls. Love the curtain as well. They would be great for any age. Think the rocket was a little young for her but it is cute. Love the care you took putting the stars on the ceiling. Love the majestic blue but maybe not for all four walls - a gradation from Majestic blue to light blue would be fantastic but probably isn't affordable for someone to get you to do. Love the side table/ storage piece and the star carousel with colored lights for kids. Would have made the pillow planets true to their space color. Earth is a glorious blue and green and Neptune is a beautiful light blue. You push purple inappropriately sometimes. Know you love it.

IMO it would’ve looked even better with a white undercoat to help the splats be more prominent but if everyone is happy with it, it’s all good! Well done on the amount of splats! That looked like a lot of effort!
My favourite part was the headboard for sure! After you finished it i actually visualised in my mind that it would be really cool if you had painted it to look like a moon instead of the splatters, and still have it light up at night with all the little star holes! Nevertheless, cool headboard! 😁
My favorite piece was the dresser you splattered with different colors and the shelf too! Blue is my favorite color. I so love the blue you used on the walls. I think that DIY was my most favorite of all.
