Hello thanks for the video I needed this I have absolutely no clue how to set up shop on tiktok in uk. Im still stuck im not sure how do I set up the shipment if im dropshipping or do i need to have stocks? And I think i also setup under personal not ltd...is that going to affect anything?

Any will work with them, I use the Dymo but I know the Munbyn is highly recommended too ✨
Loved this video, what is the process if the customer doesn't receive the order, without their email who do they contact and who deals with the refund? How do returns also work?
Thanks for watching! So It all happens within the TikTok seller centre so you can message the customer via there and returns TikTok also manages once you get the TikTok seller account set up you’ll be able to access those settings in your back end 💕
Thank you its a very lovely video I appreciate and one more thing I need help getting the address from tiktok shop to shopify to be able to fulfill the order so how do I copy the address tfrom tiktok to shopify
There is a TikTok Shopify integration you can google it and it will show you how to connect them and you can also connect your tiktok shop to whichever post provider you use, I use Royal Mail click and drop, they have a TikTok shop integration and my tiktok orders go straight to the royal mail app so I can print my labels there
Do I need a supplier outside TikTok to sell my product? If so what are your suggestions?
I know Shopify people used to use Aliexpress
But since it’s TikTok it needs to be quick shipping right? So my question is how do I get a supplier ? Or do I even need a supplier for my product?
Hey! Thanks for watching 🙏🏽 If you’re talking about dropshipping this isn’t something I specialise in unfortunately, my method is to have inventory to hand already and fulfil that way but TikTok do offer their own fulfilment service also

So am l right in thinking ,once your customers have brought items from TikTok you don’t get paid until they have received them?
Yes they don’t payout straight away (but this is with most platforms tbf) but TikTok does take a bit longer when you first start out

How did you find affiliates for your shop ? Are you also selling in the US ?
You can’t sell to different countries via TikTok shop & tiktok shop have an affiliate dashboard that shows you relevant influencers to work with ✨
I'm in non supported country so how fo you think the solution to get it some poeple said get US partner but i can't get that really.
And also LTD and LLC can solve it but your advice on how to get it is so important for me please..
And i think tiktok shop don't accept china warehouses what do you think about that please?
Hey! I think your best bet would be to contact tiktok/tiktok shop for help on this, I assume you won’t be able to sell if you’re in a non supported country unfortunately. With LTD & LLC’s you have to apply via the Governments website (just google and the link will come up make sure it’s a gov website) check my channel as I do have some videos a few years back on how to make your business official

You would put your business address or your home address (double check but I don’t think tiktok publicise it to the customer so you should be fine) ✨

Well, I really wonder how sellers on tik tok sell their products for as little as 99p with free shipping 🤯 ?? You cannot ship on tik tok without a tracking number and all postage services with tracking numbers are costing over 2.5£... So how are those people making a profit when they sell the product for 99p and their shipping costs are over 2.5£ ???
Honestly, I can't understand it.
TikTok discounts the products for you without it affecting the business at all (I don’t get how they afford to 😂) but if my product is £10 tiktok can give the customer 50% off but me as the seller will still receive the £10 ✨

It can be so many factors! Tiktok is a tricky one to figure out but apparently SEO really helps so try putting keywords on the video along with in the caption, could be the style of video or even the audio 😅 Hope you crack the code soon!
