Hello, how can we add a FREE SHIPPING OR FREE GIFT "sticker" or coupon on the live ? Ive seen the percentage one, but not the free shipping or free gift option.
Am I able to use two phones when on tiktok live streaming. I was hoping to use one further away from me but not being able to read comments so I was wondering if I could have another device set up where I can have it next to me and communicate with the audience.
I would say that I used two phones, one to talk to, and one to see the pinned products and comments. But if you have an assistant, they can feed you the comments or ask you questions to keep the flow going.
I've switched my account back to personal, but when I had access you needed a certain follower count to go Live, (1,000), have a business account, have a shop or e-commerce site to connect to TikTok (I had Shopify), and I was invited to a private FB group for small business owners to help them with using the feature. I got the invite to go live with tagged products in my account notifications from TikTok. So I'm not sure if there are different requirements now as there are many changes happening with the app.
That's odd that it doesn't let you inside the US. Maybe try to connect using a different Internet connection to see if it is connected to your IP address at all. You might be able to create a video on TikTok and tag TikTok Creators to see if they might be able to help or if someone in the comments is experiencing the same issues might have a workaround.
Hi Franco! Before you hit the Go Live button, you have to add products to the cue. So you'll click the + to go into your create mode, then hit LIVE, then you'll see your screen to go LIVE. Then click the button that looks like a bag that says Products under it, then click the button at the bottom that says "add to Showcase" - then click on the "Go Live" button. Since you've added your products, you'll be able to pin each product. During your LIVE, you'll click on the button at the bottom that says SHOP, then you'll see the PIN next to each item. You'll select PIN for the item you want pinned to your LIVE. Each product is only pinned for 30 seconds, so you'll have to keep re-pinning each item. When I had the feature, I wasn't charged a fee to sell Live on the app, but you have to connect your products through your e-commerce platform. I have Shopify, so if you calculate your sales tax for each product, and the fees you pay to the e-commerce platform that you have connected, there could be fees involved, just not on the TikTok end. But this was a while back and I've heard that they are trying to implement in-app purchases, which could come with fees potentially for creators which would most likely be passed on to the consumers.

Most live streams are open to the public unless you have a subscription level on TikTok. In subscriptions, you can do live streams for subscribers only. I don't know if they will change this. If the live stream audience is buying your products, maybe it is for someone they know, so I'm not sure that it is all bad, but I completely understand that your primary audience is female, which can be frustrating to see.

I've switched my account profile back to Personal from Business, so I don't have my products linked anymore. I wanted to sell my digital ones more than my physical ones at the time, and they didn't allow digital products.
@collegeofstyle I would like to sell clothes, skincare etc, but my page is on personal mode. Do I need to switch to business to be able to do so? I sell live on Facebook, and I use a bot. I'm not sure how to sell on TikTok if the item has been claimed. Please feel free to give me any advice. Thank you.
@@coachberlinei see accounts go live and just lead people to their website. It works out better that way bc tiktok live shop can take up to 15 days to pay you anyway

The live selling feature is by invitation, at least that's how it was when I got the feature a while back. I switched my account back to personal, so if you don't have a business account on TikTok you might not get invited.
@@Laura_26xo I think only an admin can pin a product or a moderator that you've given access to do so. I haven't had access since I've switched my profile back to personal from business. Things may have changed since then.

When I try to add a product to my live it says I don't have permission in my region but I'm in US
