- Watery Semen - Most of you might have noticed that you will ejaculate watery semen at times. While occasionally is ok, but if you are ejaculating watery semen every time even after a gap of good number of days (to prior ejaculation), there may be some underlying condition that you need to get tested.
1. Low sperm count - Oligozoospermia. This can be due to various reasons that your sexologist will diagnose. Can lead to infertility.
2. Frequent ejaculation - You need to give your body some rest and time to ‘manufacture’ sperms. If you are sexually active or overactive and ejaculate frequently by masturbation or by having sex, you will see watery semen.
3. Zinc - an important metal that is very necessary in making sperms by the body. Lack or deficiency of zinc will also result in low sperm count.
4. PreEjaculation - if you notice carefully, water like fluid leaks out of an erect penis when having sex (vaginal or oral etc), you won’t notice any sperms in it. This is common and not a problem unless the fluids following this watery liquid is also just the same.

I had this problem 2-3 months back.. And today I'm completely normal pls follow below things to get normal semens :
1. Daily exercise
2. 2eggs daily
3. Every night after dinner 1 spoon ashwagandha with warm milk
4. Pumpkin seeds. Eat anytime 10-20 seeds as per your choice..

Let me share what I know. Smegma is just a white substance that gets Collected under the foreskin. It needs to be washed away. It won't be seen often if the head of the penis is washed daily. Please ensure the foreskin is retracted daily and then washed.
