- In this video, Jason goes over 10 things you should NEVER say to your pregnant wife. While men feel all kinds of emotions and anxiety related to pregnancy, it doesn't compare to what women have to go through. Our role is to provide support for our wives instead of criticizing or questioning them.
If you say an of these things, you do it at your own risk of being in the doghouse. Don't say we didn't warn you. Be sure to comment and share anything that you may have said that you shouldn't. My wife had it hard. The hardest part for her was swelling ankles. Aches and pains.
Felt so bad.
..the 2nd worst part was the actual delivery.
Pushing and pushing and no luck for almost 2 days and they finally pulled the plug and did a C section. This was our 3rd day and I didn't really eat or sleep because the nurses were coming in-and-out / plus tons of stress of things no going according to plan. You can see the frustration on the nurse and doctor's face and that's when I started to feel sick. So they decided to do a C section (last minute)
then when they cut her open And took the baby out I heard a cry I instantly felt more sick then doctor said stand up and look and once I did and saw her I turned white / pale and almost collapsed and they took me out of room..
I can see blood no problem ,, I have a strong stomach but from not eating or sleeping and seeing my wife cut open just turned me white as a ghost. They gave me some juice and I put water on my face and I had to go back in there. And then I did and by the time I got back in she was already sewed up.
But she handled it like a champ and she was totally fine I just felt bad.
And I think the biggest reason was because we didn't expect it, I didn't mentally prepare my mind for A C section it just happened in a split 2nd ..
That was the only bad thing about me ..but my wife like you said - all women have it way worse than us men...
As soon as they rolled the baby out My nauseous feeling turned into tons of emotions It was a wild rollercoaster and it was only the beginning of the rollercoaster.
If I was mentally prepared I think I could have handled it. ...

I felt the cleaning part. I'm 16 weeks pregnant. Cleaning was more challenging in the beginning because I was sick and fatigued. Now I'm getting bigger and not as flexible as I used to be. I can't be on my feet like pre pregnancy. I have a completely new body.I carry a stool around the house just to cook and get ready in the mornings. Sometimes I felt like my boyfriend would look at like me are you gonna do something other than lay down? It was hurtful. I know I wasn't making my usual contributions but it wasn't because I didn't want to. It changed when we found out we were having a girl and he could see how she was growing. He started to realize how much work it is creating this life and that my symptoms were just reflective of the work he can't see or feel. I also got him a a first time daddy handbook which really gives insight into the pregnancy. He appreciates the process more and isn't so touchy about the cleaning. Overall he is very supportive but yes dads do have down days too.

The minute she starts getting on your nerves, outsource to another activity. I just do to the gym blow off steam and come home.
I asked my husband to take my first belly picture for my “ pregnancy timeline “. He didn’t know what I meant or how to take the picture so I showed him some examples on UA-cam, and he said “ oh your belly looks like that lady’s belly at 21 weeks”. I just turned 5 weeks! :(((((((

My partner spends 6 days a week playing games since ive been pregnant. I feel so lonely and then when I said I was really struggling with feeling neglected, and so low, he told me to stop being so selfish and that I should think about the kids.. i sobbed my heart out. Everything he said in this video seems mediocre in comparison 😢

My husband continues to break up at each time he gets. Im really broken inside, we always arguing over unnecessary things, i get interrogated everyday, im not heard, I have no voice in this marriage. I’ve been having headaches and neck pains everyday and I think I might be suffering from signs of strokes being my right side gets so numb or losses sensitivity. Theres a lot of name calling or I being told that im suffering from emotional stability and I should get professional help. I am tired, I even feel like leaving this marriage because its not healthy for me or my pregnancy

The policing food part. I don't go on about what my wife eats it's the amount. She had weight loss surgery years ago. I want her to eat enough for her and the baby. Am not worrying about what she eats I just want her to eat the right amount

Call me crazy, but no man should ever be ok with coming before the family pet. If you are, you've got a problem.
Nobody thinks this is horrifying? Grown men need a video telling them not to call their pregnant wife fat and after the babys born, people will pay attention to it? These poor women.
Better to know for sure than to guess and get it wrong. No point in shaming anyone, especially when someone is trying to improve themselves.
