I prepared this dish and my kids loved the chicken ,I thought it would be so spicy but no just perfect and soft.Thanks
I used honey and mustard sauce and did not have caraway though.

Glad to hear that you liked the recipe! Caraway is not a must, but it's one of my preferred spices so I used it pretty often :)

Hm, I don't think there is a term for this. Wire rack baked chicken wings maybe? :)
