You would love the bottom of my Swift Prospector 15, Bill, its gotten me through some ugly stuff. I stand and pole it here on the Maine coast in our small rivers and streams.
Are these sawhorses with strap cradles suitable for long term canoe storage? I'm moving to a new home soon-ish and own a pair of these I purchased from a retailer. I'll be challenged to find a permanent storage solution for several months. I'd like to use these to temporarily store my canoe in my garage for 6+ months.
It's a beautiful canoe Bill! I had my first back-country trip with Lyle on it. Louisa is a beautiful, solid gal. Great video.
I needed this video!
Now I don't feel so bad about the scratches on my boat.
as Bill would say, "scratches are character marks!". Glad you enjoyed it.

Beautiful boats - are any of these boats the expedition laminates? Curious about how the non-expeditions hold-up and durability.
Loona is made with the Kevlar Fusion laminate. Louisa is the Carbon Fusion laminate!
after seeing this boat, I don't feel so guilty looking at the bottom of my pack boat haha.

The sawhorses work well for general canoe storage as long as you don't pinch the horses too tight on the laminate!
