I got a 93 Land Cruiser about a year ago in not running condition for $4000. A couple of relays later, it started up. Been doing baseline maintenance for the past months and now it runs like new. Not selling this one 😁
The 1st gen RAV4 manuals are actually 4x4s because those had a center diff lock that locks the transfer case 50/50 split. Automatics did not have the center diff lock.
I have a 95 T100 4WD with the 3.4 has 417K miles on original engine and transmission. Nothing thing about the T100 it has front torsion bars so no need to worry about LBJ going out
I switched to Toyota in 2015 and have never looked back. I will always have a Toyota parked outside my house. I also have an F150 needing a new engine outside my house that reinforces my belief that I will always have a Toyota to depend on 😂😂😂
4:50 the 09 Trail Edition is as unicorn as it gets.

Steal!!
I sent my cousin in hawaii a 97 t100, 5 speed, 2wd and despite its age and miles he gets a ton of love on the island

The T-100's were underloved but a solid rig!

I'm surprised you mentioned the Prado 120 and not the Lexus GX470. It has the legendary 2UZ V8, 4x4, and locking diff. I got one recently for $5k.
In Canada, especially BC, no toyota is affordable unless its broken or extremely high km.

Tundra ditched me to Ohio
There are no cheap Toyota 4WDs in the northeast. Rusted up parts trucks are even somewhat pricey.
