Cool stuff! Looks like a 16th note triplets if you slow it down. My guess is LRKKLR LRKKLR LRKKLR LRLRLR . Basically a standard metal fill (LRLRKK) but the kicks are offset to an earlier point, and then it revolves, ending the last one on just the hands.
