Thank you for the information, I was able to successfully replace the part and its working fine now. The passenger side vents were blowing hot air when the ac was set to coldest. I removed the old part and it was jammed, the gears were not moving. Working fine now.
Just swapped out the same one on the right that was clicking. Clicking stopped but hot air is still blowing from passenger. Gonna try and swap out the other one and see
@GunnersCarHole spotted the issue! While removing the blend door actuator on the left, the lever that controls the temp came out with it. It seemed to have dislodged itself from the second piece that corresponds with the temp control. It was stuck in the heat position. Also the motor in the actuator died.
