If only they held on to each other 17yrs ago and faced the media head on, maybe Ben will not fall apart and turn to alcohol and JLo will not be with other men in search of someone to replace her one true love. Thank God for second chances. Not everyone gets this blessing and a chance to go back to your one true love. They must be stronger now. I hope there will be a “forever” for them.
I think that the media was too hard on Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck when they first dated and got engaged. I think that Ben became an addict and she became a workaholic. I think that Ben Affleck broke Jennifer Lopez's heart and that they both married different people and had children but even then there was something missing even though I think that it was ignored more often than not and they used work and alcohol to try and numb their individual pain and suffering. I think that they both stayed in marriages where they were unhappy because they didn't want their children to come from a broken home and I think that her romantic relationship with Alex Rodriguez wasn't working for awhile. I think that Ben loves and encourages Jennifer Lopez to be herself and that means sometimes not being dressed up and without makeup and she is clearly happy with Ben before and clearly happy now. It's not often that we see a celebrity who is madly in love but, Jennifer Lopez never hid the love that she has for Ben Affleck. This is a celebrity love story that I can root for.

The more I look at these old videos of these two, the more I can see that this love ran so very deep. It was so strong and so pure that any one with eyes could see that these two were truly in love. It was the "over-the-moon" forever type of love that many people wish for and many never experience in a lifetime. They were obviously so happy together that it was impossible to not see that this was real and pure love. It wasn't pretend and it damn sure wasn't one-sided. He adored her and she adored him. It's the kind of love we all wish for. This is why it was damn mean and cruel to break this relationship apart for false and unreasonable motives to cause them both unhappiness. This is why they never got over each other and they are willing to do what is necessary to reclaim this love again to be with one another until the end of their days. Only someone who has had this kind of love can understand how they feel. Only someone who has had this kind of love and been torn apart can understand how they feel. This is one of the great love stories that can't be compared to with any other couple in Hollywood for they had to literally fight to exercise their right to be together. What other couple in fact or fiction can compare to this story? If someone knows, please tell me. They need to make a movie about this romance that took almost 20 years to come full-circle!!! This gives hope to actually see that love can conquer all. It feels good to see that true love will stand the test of time. People can make all the remarks they want to relegate this love but it is real and true!!! They really love each other!!!

I'm not sure if your comment referred to my comment on this page or if you saw the other one explaining why Ben broke up with J-Lo but it wasn't because he fell in love with JG. It was because he was told to break up with J-Lo. Apparently, someone had plans for him in politics and J-Lo being Latino didn't fit the First Lady image as well as them not considering her good for his career. It was racist in 2004 at that which hurt her to the core. He was young and just getting started in his career so he listened. He did the stripper thing to help make J-Lo want to break-up with him as well as him acting out because he didn't like having to break-up with her. He was made to feel ashamed for loving her. Then, he was also encouraged to date JG but she was infatuated with him from co-starring with him in Daredevil. She was married to some guy, Scott Foley, can't remember his name; then, got involved with Alias co-star, Michael Vartan; and set her sights on Ben and got pregnant three months into their new relationship. Ben couldn't take another scandal after the breakup with J-Lo and the strippers so he married JG. He didn't really want or love her but he wasn't going to have an illegitimate child. A lot of people don't like hearing this but it was the truth. Neither his brother, Casey Affleck, nor his best friend, Matt Damon, went to the wedding. That should be clue enough for the misgivings they had about JG. But Ben tried to make the best of the situation but he just couldn't love her the way she wanted him to love her. His marriage was cold and unloving. He acted out doing wrong things and drinking a lot too. He wanted out but she was determined to hold on by having two more children. He later said on a video I watched myself that he never saw himself having this many children at his age. That didn't mean he doesn't love his kids but that he didn't want more kids with JG. People said she didn't force him and it takes two. I say that men succumb to sex and it doesn't take a lot of sex or even good sex to conceive a baby. He should not have slept with her but she was his wife. However, it ultimately, falls on the woman to get pregnant. She can either do it openly with both partners in agreement or she can do it for her own agenda. What part of his statement says he was wanting more children with her? It's not their fault that they are here and he loves them but he does not love their mother. He never did. He never got over J-Lo. Anyway, he got away from JG after taking her through hell in pursuit of his freedom. She finally realized that he didn't want to be there. She told Diane Sawyer that she never really had a marriage. She didn't and all that manipulation got her nothing but children and not the man. But he got what he wanted from her to set him free and left in 2015 and the divorce became final in 2018. He immediately started wearing the watch J-Lo bought him to let her know he wanted her back but she was not free. He cleans up his act and dates two people unsuccessfully then comes back to J-Lo after she breaks up with Alex and we are now here. So this is where we are. They are taking back their right to love each other. People are trying to make it PR, publicity or a sexual affair but it is love that lasted through the test of time and interference. I hope they can make it work this time.

I think that Ben Affleck kept his "Jenny From The Block" watch and kept it throughout his entire marriage to Jennifer Garner. I think that it was telling that Ben Affleck wanted to cast Jennifer Lopez in "Live By Night." I think that we are seeing a more romantic side of Ben Affleck with Jennifer Lopez and I thought that was lacking in his marriage to Jennifer Garner. I thought that it was telling that Jennifer Lopez chose to keep jewelry that Ben Affleck gave her and didn't hide the fact that Ben Affleck is the love of her life. I rewatched Ben Affleck's "Saturday Night Live" monologue where he's hosting for the fifth time and Ben Affleck had a chance to do something heartfelt and romantic for Jennifer Garner there but somehow that monologue became more awkward as it went along.

The end of this is so depressing. It's way too sad. They talking about their children and they didn't have one. Life is hard sometimes but if you truly LOVE someone God would make sure to give you a second chance.

I think Jennifer Lopez would have been absolutely over the moon to have a child with Ben Affleck which makes the end of this video hard to watch. Hearing her say Jennifer Affleck so happily is hard to watch too. I think that they both have worked a lot but, something was missing in their personal lives. I think that Jennifer Lopez loves Ben Affleck more than any other man which is part of why her other romantic relationships have failed and I think that Marc Anthony and Alex Rodriguez both found that out very publicly. I think that Ben used alcohol to numb his pain despite having several successful movies and two Oscars that I think that there was a part of Ben that was unhappy and so it's nice to see Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck both happy and relaxed.

I believe one of the other viewers of this platform said that Jennifer said she might be open to have more children in some article that came out in February this year so.....I wish this is possible. They would be so happy and over-joyed!!! @Brittany Spencer Jennifer mentioned in her interview with Diane Sawyer that a conversation with Ben inspired that album's title. That whole album is all about Ben. That to me is a deep love and she has looked for that with other men but, never found it. I think that Jennifer Lopez gives Ben stability and security in a way that no one else has and that they bring out the best in each other and I think that he struggled without her love and guidance. I think that Ben has always had Jennifer's heart and I am hoping that they get their second chance at love with less media intrusion.

Encima la pelicula que hicieron juntos fue un fracaso. Ben entro en una crisis emocional . La boda de 2003 termino cancelandose.Terminaron en 2004. Ella tardo 2 años en recuperarse de esto, segun escribio en su libro, aunque se refugio en Marc Anthony. Y Ben se termino casando de apuro con Garner que lo venia buscando hacia rato y busco limpiar su imagen juerguista y centrarse en su carrera. Pero no estaba enamorado. Solo cariño, hijos y cierta estabilidad . Siempre estuvieron presentes el alcohol y la depresion.Y no era feliz. Se notaba en su frialdad.Se fue avejentando y mas adicto. En su carrera le fue bien, tuvo muchos aciertos y algunos fracasos. Pero nunca mas, ni Ben ni JLo, volvieron a encontrar un amor tan fuerte como aquel, aunque buscaron cambiando de parejas. Alex Rodriguez was and still is someone who is very concerned about his image and how he looks. I think that he was and is more into being part of a power couple rather than being actually in love. I think that Ben Affleck loves and encourages Jennifer Lopez to be herself and the pictures of her with Ben in Montana and in Miami she isn't wearing much if any makeup and is wearing casual clothes. I just couldn't see that happening with Alex. I think that Jennifer Lopez stayed in her romantic relationship with Alex in part because of the bond that they formed with each other's children. In my opinion, Alex Rodriguez found out just like Marc Anthony did that Jennifer Lopez loves Ben Affleck more than any other man and in my opinion in both cases it was very publicly.
@@amusicfan25a21 Hi. You're right. Absolutely, no one has a chance against Ben Affleck for J-Lo. He's her greatest love and soulmate. He loves her very much too. He was never truly happy with anyone else like he is with her. So, I guess the same can be said for him too. Noone could take her place for him either. He has let her and everyone through the years know that he wanted her back. No one should settle nor sacrifice not being with the love of their life!!! It's a mistake to let love like this get away.
@@leahmiller37 I think that it must have been hard for Jennifer Garner to fully realize that Ben Affleck still had feelings for Jennifer Lopez and had no problems wearing the famous "Jenny From The Block" watch right after their divorce was finalized. I also think that for Cris Judd, Marc Anthony and Alex Rodriguez it was hard to realize that Jennifer Lopez loves Ben Affleck no matter what and she even said that she would do their whole relationship all over again if she could. I think that Jennifer Lopez always had Ben Affleck's heart in a way that Jennifer Garner never did.

I love this music video and I don't trust the tabloids like the Daily Mail/Daily Fail. Why? Because they tried to promote that there were pictures of Ben Affleck out and out on different days, but he was wearing the same outfit. If an A list star is really looking to divorce, then they usually don't wear their wedding ring on multiple occasions like Ben Affleck has chosen to and no, Ben Affleck isn't likely to be wearing his wedding ring on the set of his new movie. I hope that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez work through their issues in their marriage.
