Whoever selects the music in these videos needs a raise! Those tribal drums just get the heart rate up... 💥
Thanks! My guys are great… I call those the Viking Drums😁
Also, Oh Man… I see the Eagle Badge by your name… Thank you so much for becoming a partner.

So how we could have this eagle with our name 🥲

Thank you brother
@@TITANSofCNC Life's a two way street right? It's the least I could do to help support what you all do for us. Much love and gratitude.
You guys are the ones that sparked my interest in machining and caused me to go to school for CNC machining
This is awesome! Your hard work and dedication will pay off. We look forward to hearing about your journey! 😊
They got me thinking about going fr. How is it? You commented on this video 8 months ago....
@@210HERNANDESZit's not bad gen eds what going to get you lol
The timing on that engine start with the drop in the music was just perfect. Editing, story flow, camera work and music-picture synergy is amazing, such as the content. A joy to watch these quality videos.
Waiting for the machining to begin. It feels soothing to watch the chips fly and see the finished complex part in the end. I also passed the Titans Of CNC
and Academy name to a machine shop here in Manitoba who weren't aware of your videos etc. The boss' son and wants to be a machinist so hopefully he
and others at the company signed on to your Academy program.
I love the “packing list enclosed” attached to the giant hunk of metal

The camera operators and editors that make these videos need their own behind the scenes type channel. The production value of these videos are great, and they should get more recognition.
Thank you for your continued support! The editing team loves reading these comments! 😊🎬
Woot woot! 🎉 Love it, guys. Stay awesome!! BOOM! 💜
I was going to die if Titan came around the corner playing that fancy violin music
As usual guys every part you make is a whole school of education waiting for Mr. Barry to finish this battle with this KENNAMETAL awesome weapons BOOM 💥
I freaking love Dura Bar
Beautiful work, your channels amazing. Trying to learn your ways all the way from AUS
Greetings to Australia! We appreciate your support! 🙏
Since seeing a recommended video of yours a while back and since then being subscribed I have increasingly become interested in CNC and everything related to it.
So much so I've begun contacting local shops in my town and I am currently in the process of pursuing a new career.
So Awesome!

Titan
@@TITANSofCNC I will certainly do that. However I live in Canada, not sure if that matters. My only experience currently is from my current job in an automotive factory press shop
man that's awesome!
@@TrashParty No worries! TITANS of CNC Academy curriculum is used globally. Are you a member of the TITANS of CNC MACHINING group on Facebook? If not, we encourage you to become a member. I know we have individuals from Canada 😊
@@Sara-TOC I will also do that. My original comment was made at the beginning of my shift. This one was made after and I went home with a letter of recommendation. I'm not wasting any time. 😎😁
Just want to say thanks for the inspiration. Machining is just so damn cool
Spectacular video friends of TITANS OF CNC. Waiting for the second part eagerly! Your channel is spectacular! I congratulate you.
They are a great contribution to teaching the world of cnc. Greetings!
Greetings! Thank you for your continued support! We are happy to hear you enjoy the content! 😊
С нетерпением жду продолжения.
So many awesome tools
Amazing 👍👍
First view from India🇮🇳❤️
Could you imagine being a tool vendor selling end mills to Titans of CNC? "Sorry, your warranty is void, we will not warranty a part sold to you guys!" 😆
Hello Barry, awesome stuff man!
That rigging blew my mind well done. The machining was ok too 😏😂
Nice coaster you have there :P
Tolle Show´s macht ihr immer......
Out of curiosity, how does a machine sense a damaged or failed tool? Around 55 years ago I worked as a draftsman for a machine tool design company. They designed tools used for the mass production of automotive equipment, such as engine blocks. They used things like air pressure sensors to determine if, say, a drill bit broke. There were also operators watching for broken cutters or telltale signs of a damaged tool.
The machines you use to cut run at much greater speeds, tool changes are automatic, flood cooling obstructs visibility, and automation lets the operator move away from the machine.
How do you know that damaged tools are not ruining the parts being machined?
A load meter, generally. You can set minimum and maximum load limits in the controller for every tool, or only those tools of most concern, or none at all if you wish.
Awesome
great rigging skills !!
At least once a day on the shop floor I ask myself "What would Barry do?"
i love the fact that hes still using the coaster made last video
I've got goosebumps and you haven't even started machining! LOL
Mind blowing 🤯
Perfect man
I used to make wood patterns and core box's for things like this seems a while back now happy times
I just learned the other day that my cousins 18 year old daughter will be going off to college soon. She wants to become a CNC machinist. I did not see that coming from her.
You guys should do a series on ductile niresist
Hi guys, can you do a video on tolerances, how to diagnose when parts are out of tolerance and make it correct
Finally Barry's video) Hopefully some your new video is coming out!
Yes lots more coming soon 😉
That is a serious tool holder.
That guys knows this work
cant wait for it
I noticed in every video that there is not a crane or overhead travelling crane in the factory.
I am from Europe/Greece and cant remember the last time i visited a factory without overhead travelling crane. You dont use those in USA?
I don't know why, but shell cutters are my favorite.
Dude same they’re just cool 😂
@@jacobacostamasterscribe2200 "Mmmm yes, make that 2" swath of Ti flat af. Perfect. Thanks." Hahaha
Симфония качества, i like it
Saw Barry on the thumbnail & knew I had to watch. Teased us this time
me thinking, how did Barry make those ropes work haha. that was an impressive lift
Can't wait!
my supervisor is using the titians of cnc academy as my training for cnc i got 8 of the intro parts solids done 2 of them fully programed
That noise when the tool holder goes into the assembly chuck 🤤 random I know haha
Wow, never knew they made round stock of these proportions❗🙄
Do you guys use vericut for simulation of the code now Sandvik bought CGtech, making it part of the mastercam family? I've had some issues with mastercam simulation, where the cimco post was flipping the bed the opposite direction than mastercam simulation thought it was in simultaneous five axis moves. Another level of verification would give me real peace of mind for high end machines like the Heller.
3:50 bro ik you guys are in texas but you can still ask titan to turn on the ac xD
do you guys use simulation software beyond what's built into mastercam?
I feel like Donnie would just crank these out in his Swiss machine one after the next. Boom!
How long does the programming take on a part like this?
Barry is my hero
❤from india
Can you make a video about making a 3d models in CAD like this part from blueprints?
I guess that the blueprint is realy complex to read
how come you dont have a crane in the shop?
can you guys do a video on heat shrink tool holders please?
Should do a mastercam video on how to program it step by step!
what a cliffhanger to be left at
part 2. please
😂🤣😂 Barry's actually using his Titanium drink's mat...
When can we buy those huge coffee mugs you guys are using? Would love one in titanium, since it's non-reactive with the human body. Will probably be a bit expensive, but I'm sure it would sell out if you did a limited run. 😃
And of course, it would have to feel SOLID. Not like those thin form-pressed tin cans we get from lightweight outdoors/survival brands.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Slick!
Plunge milling would be good.
👍👍👍
How long did it take to setup all of these tools?
Ya'll really need an overhead crane.
Крутое видео!!! Но это же явно не производство, это демо зал оборудования ? Или что ?
Crazy to think that it's still more efficient to have this machined from a solid block rather than cast and only the important surfaces machined. Is this a one-off part?
Yes, prototype. For production it would be cast to near net shape
@@barrysetzerprototype have their own hand built appeal
hmm i see, aerospace themed kitchen is on the way.
He’s energetic What kind of CAD is it?
I see John Wick style of music 😁
Boom!🎉🎉🎉
You're a tease Barry!!!
wow i love the part where you cut the metal
You guys haven't looked into AlCrona pro 2 coating?
you guys build an new facility and dont have a crane?
My company is gonna need x2 30" housings with impellers.
Saya selalu menonton chanel ini tapi belum saya subscribe karena videonya gada yg full durasi bikin penasaran doank... Coba sesekali dibikin video full durasinya
And this is why we have foundries
For a machine shop, it's awfully quiet in there 🤔
Anyone know the violin solo in the beginning?
I want one
what music do Titan use? with songs?
Barry drinks dasani? I dont know if i can take any of his advice anymore.
Exactly… 😂😂😂
We have filtered water at the shop so that took extra effort😂😂😂
Y’all need some lifting magnets
Arghhhh, not a single chip in this video! Now what do I do with this pent up frustration?
What material is the work made of?
Dura-Bar 65-45-12 Ductile Iron
@@JamesWatts-ik8fe I thought I saw the boss in another video about that part saying it was a super hard alloy( harder than Inconel 718).
Where is the rest? I want to see the part being machined and the finished product. :(
I wonder why you guys not having any cranes in there
In Deutschland stellt man Teil wie das Backenfutter einfach her. Ohne dieses Blöde Girnlose verhalten.
I’ve never seen a single piece of metal machined like this episode. Wow!
I mean no disrespect but you sure look a lot like Wolfman Jack. Again for give me if that offends you
Больше времени занимает подготовка, чем сама обработка детали😅
1:35 Wait, you don't use a torque wrench to build up your tool set? 😆
Software CNC ?
That big center hole looks like a trepaning up to me for hogging out most of the material
No lathe Tools?
