40g Rice Flour 粘米粉
40g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
40g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
600ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
★ For Syrup 椰糖浆食材★
100g Palm Sugar 椰糖
50g Sugar 白糖
200ml Water 清水
1 Pandan Leaf 班兰叶
★ For Coconut Milk 椰奶食材 ★
100ml Thick Coconut Milk 浓椰奶
200ml Water 清水
¼ tsp Salt 盐

600g Orange & Purple Sweet Potatoes 橙/紫薯
1500ml Water 清水
4 Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
130g Palm Sugar 椰糖
130g Caster Sugar 白砂糖
¼ tsp Salt 盐
200ml Evaporated Creamer 淡奶
200ml Coconut Milk 椰奶

Mr Peter, thank you for the wonderful recipe. May I ask why my cendol sometimes come out with a bitter tinge? Is it because of quality of leaves, not using the pandan juice immediately after squeezing or overcooking? Thank you so much.
