From 1996 to 2013 Tim Mcarver and Joe Buck were the voice of the MLB postseason. Together they formed a sportscast dynamic duo that arguably rivals some of the best sportscast teams in the history professional sports. When Tim Mcarver left the booth for the last time in 2013, it was the end of an era. The MLB postseason would never be the same. I think Joe left Fox and joined ESPN's Monday night football sportscast team because doing baseball without Tim sitting beside him in the booth was a difficult and lonely task.
