This band has been helping me with my severe anxiety whenever I feel like I’m about to die from a panic attack I throw this on as fast I can and just lay down in my bed
I'm glad for you. Such good music calms me too when i get anxiety attacks I started to listen them. I hope we both can ged rid of anxiety. It affects my life quality very badly. Depression and anxiety stole my 6 years I'm trying to get better.

I remember listening to this for the first time. Though I was a Turkish native speaker, I couldn't recognize that they're singing in Turkish. It was an astonishing moment for me; such a group has Turkish origins. Some comments stated that Turkish is suitable to the dark ambience of the song; however, Turkish is a soft language. Vocalist's voice is so deep.

I speak Turkish (although not a native speaker) and I was thinking the same thing. I listen to gothic and post-punk in other languages but I never thought to try it in Turkish ; I used to only stick with Erkin Koray, Neset Ertas, Selda Bagcan etc. But this sounds very interesting!

I don't know if the band chose it specifically or if it was a coincidence. Good question. These two words are specific to the Turkish language and cannot be fully translated and are incredible words.

It means spiritually exalted. It can be called a Kutlama-Ritual.

Bugün karşıma iki haber çıktı ve bu iki haber sayesinde bu ülkenin neden gelişemediğini bir kez daha anladım. Birinci haberde "ünlü şarkıcı Zeynep Bastık yatak odasında iç çamaşırlarıyla sosyal medya hesabından fotoğraflarını paylaşıp dikkatleri bir kez daha üzerine çekti". İkinci haberde ise "Ünü Türkiye'yi aşıp dünyaya yayılmış bir post-punk grubu; She Past Away". Birinci haberde bir şarkıcının müziği dışında saçma sapan şeylerle kendisini ön plana çıkartarak bu ülkedeki dinlenme, izlenme sayısını nasıl arttırdığı anlaşılıyor. İkinci haberde ise sadece müziğiyle, sanatıyla, yaratıcılıklarıyla kendilerini ön plana çıkarttıkları için bu ülkede dinlenmeyen fakat dünya çapında dinlenip dünyanın farklı yerlerinde konserler veren bir grubun olduğunu anlıyoruz. Bu iki haber de ülkenin özeti. Asimilasyon şarkısında da denildiği gibi; "yakıcı güneş doğuyor küflü zihinlerde". Bu ülkede sanat, müzik, edebiyat, bilim gibi farklı dallarda ne kadar yetenekli, yaratıcı, işini hakkıyla yapan insan varsa maalesef ülke içinde kıymeti bilinmediği için gelişmiş yurtdışı ülkelerine gitmek zorunda kalıp bu ülkelerin kalitelerinin daha da artmasına katkı sağladıklarına şahit oluyoruz.
Ben de dün bir odyoloji profesöründen Türkiyedeki insanların sadece %14 ünün duydukları notanın sesini ağızlarından çıkarabildiğini, Avrupa'da ise bu oranın %80 den fazla olduğunu öğrendiğimde yerli dinleyici kitlesinden umudu kestim.

Ana akım medyada bahsettiğin tarzda haberler olması gayet doğal. Başka ülkelerde de bu var. Post-punk , synthwave, dark-wave vb. müzik türleri dünyanın hiçbir yerinde en popüler müzik türü değil. Ülkenin müzik konusunda sorunu alternatif tarzların alıcısının az olmasından kaynaklanıyor. O sorunu çözebilmekte komplike süreçlerden geçer.

I first heard this song during a very lonely and depressing time in my life. There's a heavy feeling associated with it, but now that things have turned around it serves as a good reminder to never let myself slip that low again
