Great review! Doors open don't seem uncommon in for the Empire Corridor, given that I don't ride the train very much and have seen it several times. Failed or failing AC is at least one reason I've been given, but a malfunctioning door is likely the primary reason. Enjoyed your Acela First Class view too!
Thanks with the empire corridor you can expect both Amfleet 1 (This train) and some Amfleet 2's (From the Amtrak leaf peeping video). My goal is to eventually showcase every class and type of service available on the NEC.
I like the length & time we know the trip is 3 hours but some people literally record it for 3 hours l Ike how the video just shows the stops & certain rivers & towns
Yeah I noticed my phone struggles with vibrations when I walk without attaching it to a tripod. I have to get over the confidence barrier before I can just walk around with a stick attached to my phone. 😅
Being a little nit-picky here, but your comment about the tablet "just barely" fitting on the table seems a little bit exaggerated since there was a good foot between the tablet and the seat back. Maybe its the camera angle, idk. Just an observation...
I guess the video doesn’t show it well but the tablet is stood up using a kickstand in the back. That space is the minimum needed for the kick stand, otherwise it will fall off or be very unstable.

Nice trip. Thanks for bringing us along. Note: Tag for station 4/10 should be Baltimore, MD
TY
Brother, the camera with which you took the video didn't have vibration stabilization, if it had, the video would have been better
