I did not know you could cut all 3 types on one sheet that is awesome. Thanks for showing us. I have used this new feature and I love it. My favorite is the die cut kiss cut sticker.
I'm so glad i found your channel. Simple, clear explanations without all the pretentious showbiz. No wonder you have so many subscribers. Thank you so much, I've subscribed too
After watching this, I had fully printed and cut stickers handed back to my teens within 15 mins. They are super excited to hand them out to their friends in school. Impressed teenagers is high praise indeed, so thank you so much for the super easy turtorial!
Thanik you for this tutorial. My daughter teaches kindergarten and I will be making LOTS of stickers. What a great addition to my access account. I appreciate your getting right on this!
I make stickers for fun for a friend who has a UA-cam channel. I am no Cricut expert but I learned through watching your videos 😊. Thanks for this video, now I gotta see if I have the Beta option.
I hadn't tried stickers yet (had my Cricut Maker for a year + now), but this is a GAME CHANGER!! Going to try today!! Thanks so much for your video, you are an excellent teacher and always my first go-to to learn a new Cricut or craft technique/tool!!
Thank you for explaining each part of that feature! I am loving the kiss cut with a die cut. It will make removing the sticker so much easier! I always have trouble with that.
Hello Angie. I have just started watching your videos and you are an awesome teacher. You don't waffle on, you just get straight to the point and show us how to do something, explain briefly why, and we have the finished product. I am new to all of this, and look forward to looking at your basics cricut tutorials and more. Thank you so much.
I loved this tutorial. Your instructions were so easy to follow and I loved the way it worked out. I liked the kiss cut with the die cut...I thought is was so easy to peel. Can't wait to make more stickers. Thanks Angie!🥰
This was a great video. I have always had trouble getting the sticker function to work right for whatever reason. I’ll try this on my new Cricut Joy X-Tra and see if it works with that machine. Thank you for sharing ❤
Great video, as always Angie! Could you show an example with the cutting interior shapes feature? I was unclear as to what result that would yield. Thanks!
I don't like doing that with stickers so I avoid it. But say you had a donut sticker. You may want the middle cut out. You would turn that on and remove the background from your donut image when uploading. Then the center would be cut out!
I had Cricut access and got rid of it, but now I want to get it back especially for this but because I miss a lot of the images and other features. Great video 😊
@AngieHolden The only thing that didn't work as well was the material settings for my sticker paper. I had already created a setting that worked perfectly for kiss cut. But when I chose the new sticker setting, it didn't cut as well. Can that be customized?
By far the best video on this - thank you! If you only cut 3 or 4 smaller stickers though, is your whole sheet wasted because of the "print then cut" bar marks it prints for the Cricut? Is there anyway to reuse that sheet or do you have to fill it the first time?
When printing the stickers, what are we choosing to cut? I love the one you said "Kiss Cut w/die cut the best also. am I useing sticker paper as my choice of cutting?
Thank you for this video. I appreciate it the explanation of the new system but I have a question is it possible for you to make us a video doing the same process but laminating the stickers thank you in advance.
Hi dear, I don’t have the create sticker on my iPad but I don’t see the beta function that you just mentioned. Can you help with this. Love the video by the way thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for this!! Now I understand the sticker function. One question, does it apply the cut (kiss or die) to any type of sticker paper you use? Would I have to play around with the paper selection to see which fits best?
Hello, great video. Can this be done with the machine I have which is a cricket maker 3? Not sure what machine model you have. Thank you for your help.
Thank you for your explanation which is the best one I have seen so far. Do you mind if I ask what type of Computer System you have? Is it a 16 or 32 GB? Is it a laptop or a desktop. You don't ever seem to have any issues with your system.
I am new to cricut and trying to make stickers. How did you print it? A normal laser printer? Then did you have to reprogram for the cricut to cut it out after it printing?
Thank you so much for this video. I am having problem whenever I add border, wide, and with color. When cutting time, somehow it won't cut the pieces. It became flatten with the border... is there a way that I can have a colored background? I hope you can help me. Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing. I have 3 cricuts (one that still has all the cartridges) I have never used any of them. I always think the newest one will be the easiest one. 😂 Do you recommend a basic easy to use printer? Thank you
Hi thanks for a great video. I have this function and like to make stickers for my 6 year old granddaughter. However when I go to print it defaults to larger than A4 and I find it confusing as to how many stickers to go on the a4 size paper. can your recommend a size of sticker that easy for little hands and can fit a decent amount on page so its not wasteful. also if not using cricut sticker paper what setting should I use for the cuts as it seems to cut through I'm using the green backing sticker paper setting. Thanks
I really didn't enjoy makijf stickers as they were such a pain with offsets, flattening, sizing, kiss cuts, die cuts etc. This makes it so much easier!
Thank you for this tutorial. I was wondering if you are to laminate the stickers before cutting does that change the material settings in any way? I haven't been able to get my sticker projects (with laminate) to actually complete the die cut. I've been using the Matte White Vinyl Sticker Sheets from Buttercrafts, selecting the Printable Sticker Paper White, and More Pressure. Sometimes it will cut partially through the sticker but doesn't complete the actual cut all the way around. I'm going to try a new fine point blade to see if that is the problem. Any other suggestions? TIA
Each sticker paper is a different thickness and adding laminate adds even more thickness. You will need to find a material setting that will work for that.
This was going to be my question but I felt silly, since I know darn well that a Cricut can't print. So... here goes a follow up dumb question: do you have your Joy Xtra and your printer on the same network or something??? How does your Cricut know what your printer has done?? I guess I don't understand the technical details about print & cut files and how the machines "communicate" or whatever. I have never used any cutting machine, but I've been utterly dying for one for years. I'm in my 50s and figure that the learning curve is too steep. When I learned that stickers could be kiss cut now on a Joy Xtra, I've REALLY been wanting one!! Anyway, an answer about the p&c files would make me happy. Thanks in advance!!!❤
Ive never made a sticker before with my circut machine, however, Ive been asked recently to do a project for my mom. Im wondering, do you just buy sticker paper and have the image printed from a regular printer first then have the circuit simply cut it or how is the image printed?
Thanks for sharing, I tried this and it worked, however the cricut was not cutting around the edge of the image it was cutting a little low, I tried to calibrate it 2 times but its still off any helpppp?!!!
So many questions to ask. For example -- do you find you lose image clarity when scaling the size of the image? I'd like to make stickers sized to be used on Christmas cards. Seems like this is a massive learning curve to master. Guess you'd just have to wade in and hope for the best. Thanks for your tutorial.
Hi Angie, The Cricut is not a printer, do I print my image on sticker paper via my canon printer first, then put that on my Cricut mat and apply the cut I prefer? Thank you Elizabeth.

I did not know you could cut all 3 types on one sheet that is awesome. Thanks for showing us. I have used this new feature and I love it. My favorite is the die cut kiss cut sticker.
Mine too! And I loved that you could add them all to one sheet!!
Kiss cut with die cut.....woot woot i love it......perfect for my stickers, and this is going to make it so much easier. thank you
So much easier!!
I don’t usually make stickers, but this seems like an easy way to get started. I also like the ‘kiss & cut option ‘ the best.
I totally agree!
I'm so glad i found your channel. Simple, clear explanations without all the pretentious showbiz. No wonder you have so many subscribers. Thank you so much, I've subscribed too
Wow, thank you!
I am Spanish teacher an wanted my students to create stickers as an activity. This can make the process faster and easier

What a fantastic new addition. Now I can make a various seasons' worth of stickers on fewer pages and with differing options.
After watching this, I had fully printed and cut stickers handed back to my teens within 15 mins. They are super excited to hand them out to their friends in school. Impressed teenagers is high praise indeed, so thank you so much for the super easy turtorial!

@AngieHolden The only thing that didn't work as well was the material settings for my sticker paper. I had already created a setting that worked perfectly for kiss cut. But when I chose the new sticker setting, it didn't cut as well. Can that be customized?
You can use the same cut setting you have been using. No need to change that.
By far the best video on this - thank you! If you only cut 3 or 4 smaller stickers though, is your whole sheet wasted because of the "print then cut" bar marks it prints for the Cricut? Is there anyway to reuse that sheet or do you have to fill it the first time?
It prints the marks smaller but you can't really use the rest of the sheet for anything. It is best to try and fill up the sheet if possible.
Great video. You made this so easy.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for this!!! Also can you recommend a waterproof sticker product?

Thank you for the video. I was wondering how you picked the Beta mode from an iPad or mobile device. ?
Generally you cannot do these new things on mobile at first.
When printing the stickers, what are we choosing to cut? I love the one you said "Kiss Cut w/die cut the best also. am I useing sticker paper as my choice of cutting?
You always pick the type of material you printed on. I used cricut printable vinyl so that is what I picked.
Thank you for this video. I appreciate it the explanation of the new system but I have a question is it possible for you to make us a video doing the same process but laminating the stickers thank you in advance.

@@AngieHolden Thank you so much.

I printed on a regular inkjet printer. The Cricut will see the lines in the corners to cut.

I was using Cricut printable vinyl but you can use any sticker paper for this.

Change your paper printing size in settings to what you are using. Click on your profile picture in the upper right hand corner.

Hi Angie, wonderfully presented and will try but I changed my settings to Beta and can get it back to Live.
Please help
Just do the same steps and change to live.
New to cricut . Are you printing on the cricut, or another printer and then putting in to cut the sticker. I have purchased a maker champagne.
You print on another printer. The Cricut itself cannot print.
This was going to be my question but I felt silly, since I know darn well that a Cricut can't print. So... here goes a follow up dumb question: do you have your Joy Xtra and your printer on the same network or something??? How does your Cricut know what your printer has done?? So do you print on your vinyl? I’m confused on what do I print on & how it gets to the vinyl
You print on the printable vinyl with a regular printer.
What Is the difference in using the cardstock setting ? Also what is the difference in using kiss cut vs die cut ?
All settings will cut differently and depend on your material. Kiss cut does NOT go all the way through the material where die cut does.
Ive never made a sticker before with my circut machine, however, Ive been asked recently to do a project for my mom. Im wondering, do you just buy sticker paper and have the image printed from a regular printer first then have the circuit simply cut it or how is the image printed?
You do print on a regular printer. You need to print from Cricut Design Space though to get the marks.
@@AngieHolden Do you have an example of how the printing is done on the printer? Then how you put it on the mat to cut the sticker?
Thanks for sharing, I tried this and it worked, however the cricut was not cutting around the edge of the image it was cutting a little low, I tried to calibrate it 2 times but its still off any helpppp?!!!
I would also play with the light in your space. Too much or too little can throw it off. Be sure to clean the sensor as well.
So many questions to ask. For example -- do you find you lose image clarity when scaling the size of the image? I'd like to make stickers sized to be used on Christmas cards. If you scale the size UP you may lose clarity.
If you put laminate over your stickers should you choose "more" pressure?
You should choose the waterproof sticker paper from Cricut as it has a laminate.
With this feature do you have to do a border since it already makes it a print then cut?
You don’t have to do a border!
Can you do a video how to use Create sticker but on a Maker 3, I don’t have a Joy Xtra .
You use it the same way on any machine.
What kind of sticker paper did you use? Can you send a link please? Thank you so much.
I link to all supplies I used in the description below this video.
Thank you for the video.

With the create sticker, you just click one button to make a sticker. And the steps in the video how you can make that die or kiss cut.
