Looks fine, probably a lot of beefy rich taste but to be honest.. Just go for the traditionals.....
You can't beat a diane or bearnaise sauce, but it's nice to try something a bit different. What's your favourite sauce when you have a steak?
My wife and I love the classics, but to be honest - when we hit Miller & Carter, it's the Beef Dripping sauce that's coming out with our steaks.Currently got my first attempt boiling. Wish me luck.....!
