I think you are exaggerating what he said. He obvious meant that those doing wrong things now because they are protected by UPND will be followed when UPND leaves power, which I think happens whenever we change government in Zambia 🇿🇲.

Many said Lugu had had bad advisers while others said he was surrounded by wrong people....as much as it may hold little water with likes of his barber man, political adviser KZ now in self abduction. But ECL is just himself, and more is that if he can be what he is today shooting in all directions whilst with company of UKA presidents, it means he is not advisable by his fellows but bottle.

To date Lungu has not condemned those 5 security officers giarding JJ as well as the hospital personnel who are equally Civil service personnel in his speech, let alone condemning JJ's escape and yet was the first to mentioning ABDUCTION at Police station. If ECL is let loose, he will plug this country onto kafwafwa because of abandance of ilicity money to his side. Government wake up and avoid the avoidable.
